Not my current competency but I walked into this store and was blown away. And I'm a 30+ year retail veteran! It was not only so well curated between clothing, gifts, and holiday, but it was also perfectly merchandised. At 4 in the afternoon, this time of year, that is no small task. And there were super helpful sales help and options. After narrowing down my options, the manager, Adam Bremer, rang me up. But it didn't end there-he gift wrapped the book, like it was a far more costly gift down to ensuring the tissue was folded decently and including a gift receipt and a dog bone for her dog. It warmed this retailer's heart and I will certainly add them to my list of stores to keep an eye on.

The owners are warm and welcoming, and they take genuine pleasure in seeing and assisting their customers. The employees are trustworthy, do not pressure customers into making purchases, and do an excellent job of recommending and suggesting quality items to buy. They have a collection of clothes, accessories, and knickknacks for the home that is both fun and beautiful and has been carefully curated. I adore the products that they have available to purchase. There was a dressing room open so I went to use it and an employee nearly bit my head off for doing so cuz, apparently, it was reserved for his "client." Not sure how I was supposed to know that. You can even get your attire embroidered while you wait in the store. They don't have every single option in the store like the do online but they did have a good amount of sizes and colors to choose from. I do wish their system of recycling scrubs was easier. My wife dropped of a set and so did I...but I guess there was a typo or something so she never got a discount code for hers. Kind of sucks because there was nothing anybody could do about it.
