I just wanted to give a shoutout to Angela for providing excellent customer service. She was personable, helpful, and just overall friendly. She helped us find clothes and wasn't busy or bothered as we asked a lot of questions and took some time shopping. She made our experience A+ and it was worth coming back here to acknowledge that as rarely do I really get that kind of hands on helpfulness in a more mall or big brand store like these. I can also second that most of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful for the most part. There were two other staff that I interacted with that were just as nice. Maybe not as helpful when I had questions but again I think it was busy and they did their best. Angela set the bar high. This store is clean and spacious which made for a good shopping experience. I love the quality of the clothing and the styles are pretty cute. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks.
