The Breakfast Burger! Egg, ham, bacon, cheese, and 1/4 burger Patty.

We have heard excellent things about this bar and it's food. We finally visited for lunch. Super friendly when we arrived. We were promptly greeted at our booth and explained it was our first time. The waitress explained they have an American and Mexican menus. I asked what she recommended and she gave us many options (basically everything ). We ordered a patty melt, breakfast burger, and a basket of fries. The meal arrive fast and hot! Portions are outstanding and food very tasty. We've already decided we have to return at least 5 times to try everything we want to eat!!! The breakfast burger was amazing....highly recommend it.

Atmosphere: Went on a Friday around 1pm on memorial day weekend. We were seated immediately and there was 3 or 4 other tables that were eating within the establishment. Everything was clean and there was country music playing, but not too loud as our table of 3 were able to talk at a normal volume. Service: Only one server staffed at this time but she was attentive to all the tables here. Took our drink and food orders quickly and the food was brought out within 15-20 minutes. Appetizers came out first. No complaints. Food. The deep fried mushrooms were the juiciest I've tasted. Pickle fries were not too overpowering in the pickle taste. Not a huge fan of pickles but still enjoyed them. Sweet potato fries were average. Garden salad with grilled chicken was delicious as the chicken was extremely tender and busted with lots of flavor. For the main dishes, wings and pizza were ordered. The pizza was a thin crust and toppings were very flavorful. The Pterodactyl wings were a little bigger than buffalo wild wings size and the flavors were vibrant. We tried the Stinging Honey Garlic and the Sweet Rahul. Both recommended to try. Freedom rose was a new item that they had just introduced to the menu that day. Very creamy and the females of my group thought it was delicious. The Cogar breeze was on the more refreshing side, although containing a lot of alcohol, was still a pleasure to drink as it was around 70 degrees outside. Overall very good experience. Would come here again to try other food.

Great, clean atmosphere. Bartender/waitress Terri was great and attentive. Food was excellent! Wings were good with your choice of different sauces. Pizza crust was recommended by Terri and was great! Fresh toppings. Cold, cold drinks! We will definitely come here again! It's a very great place in a small town!

Visited this place three times and I just can't wait for my next visit! With delicious food and friendly staff, every visit to freedom bar and grill has always been pleasurable. Food wise, I highly, highly recommend their wings. I am not a wing/drumstick person as I dislike getting my fingers dirty. But every time I have their wings, I always go all in with both my hands, without hesitation! They are the juiciest and most flavorful wings I've ever had. I tried the turkey wrap during my previous visit in early August. Very filling and fresh/light. Perfect for a great summer afternoon. Don't forget to end the meal with their dippin dots. Favorite flavor: cookies and cream :)

Nestled in downtown Kalamazoo, Brick and Brine specializes in cocktails and steaks, but they also offer a variety of menu options to fit all tastes. We celebrated my father's 70th birthday here, and it didn't disappoint. They offer a variety of spaces to fit small and large groups. We hosted 10 people in their main dining room, and it was the perfect ambiance. Their dinner rolls are complimentary, super fluffy and come with a side of black salted butter. We also started with the house salad, and I split two specials - a potatoes au gratin dish along with a dish called Jafar's Chicken. Both were incredible. I highly recommend venturing here for any occasion! Thank you, Kenzie and team for an amazing time!

The seating was uncomfortable- our knees were touching the underside of the table because the tables in the section are short and not meant to be dining tables for a full on sit down meal. My fiancé is 6' and his knees wouldn't fit under the table so he spent his whole meal eating hunched forward over the table. Service was ok. Food was mediocre.

It seems like a nice place but our experience, particularly food, wasn't great. Service was good,…read moreour waiter was patient and friendly as we came as a party of 6 plus kids. What left me puzzled is food. What I loved were fries, round shaped which I thought was rather unusual and just the right amount of salt, crispiness, softness inside. That's about it though. As a main dish I picked prosciutto focaccia and while on paper it looked great, it came out very dry, almost stale, I didn't enjoy it at all. While fries were great, the portion of it was tiny. Like, 10 or 11 fries in a small plate. My partner got a chicken sandwich and it was good. Now, the kids got kids burger which comes with fries too and I swear the kids plate had double the fries compared to my side. We also got kids pasta and it was the same size as someone's pasta from our party. I mean, great value for kids menu items, sure, but I'm just not sure why adult dishes are so slim compared to kids. When they brought the check we noticed two items in it that we didn't order, which we realized after paying for it and looking at the receipt (they use portable terminals and have an option to text you the receipt). Our server corrected the mistake and refunded the difference for the two items we didn't order promptly after we pointed it out but this still left a bad aftertaste for us; we don't always look at receipts and this one would've gone unnoticed for sure, we only looked because total seems a bit too high. I also noticed that the soup upcharge on the menu is $2, but on the check it was $3. Pointed it out to the server too but she didn't do anything about it. It's just a dollar so we didn't press for it, and again, only noticed it because we started looking at the receipt due to unusually high total. Anyway, it was nice to visit, but we won't be back.
