Why can't I give 0 stars?? :)…read more STAY AWAY FROM THIS BREEDER! Simply cannot stress this enough!! She gives a "health guarantee" but it doesn't cover anything he came home with. We got him tested right away and found 4 different parasites. Additionally, when we went to pick him out, at 6 weeks of age, she tried to send him home with us. I thought that was irresponsible as I have always read it is better for them to be with their mom until 8 weeks. First red flag. But we were already so attached to him we HAD to get him! When we came back to get him, there were more red flags. In her home were MULTIPLE dogs giving birth and who has JUST gave birth. Her walls were lined with crates of dogs in labor and brand new babies. It was shocking. But again, we were already attached to our puppy and did not want to back out. Also, we have been to her "farm" and it is a dirt field in the middle of Adelanto.... nothing like the green fields she has in her "Disney videos." So once we got home, he had chronic diarrhea which was a result of the parasites he had. We finally got it resolved, but he will always have a lowered immune system and sensitive GI track, according to our vet. Things got worse. When we first contacted Denise about the parasites- not complaining or asking for money- simply letting her know so she could get the other pups on antibiotics she completely ignored us. Another red flag. Why doesn't she care enough to even say, "thank you", or "I will look into it"? Grr. I am no extreme animal rights activists, jsut a noraml person who thinks animals deserve basic rights... like not to be sick. And if they are- get them the reight medication! Be a dog breeder, fine I obviously have nothign against dog breeding or I would not have made the purchase. But I strongly believe it needs to be done RESPONSIBLY; not with greed. We also found out she lied to the AKC about the age of per puppies, more red flags. I decided to warn other possible customers via Yelp. We LOVE our little guy and would not ever change having him, but I also felt obligated to warn others as his vet bills cost thousands!! And that's where this simple bad buying experience took a turn for the worse. She has since harassed, lied, submitted false police reports, posted and distributed private information, and relentlessly attacked me and my boyfriend. she has her friends call and use scare tactics to try and get us to remove our posts. (And from what I have read, which she has since deleted, the other Yelpers who left bad reviews!) Why didn't she just respond with "I am so sorry you had a bad experience, how can we resolve it?"... or ANYTHING else other than personally attacking us?? Instead we got stalked, harassed, and victimized. The last 4 pictures on her Yelp site are of OUR dog, cute, isn't he?:)- she is posting pics of OUR dog without OUR permission just out of spite (real professional, Denise). We have asked her to remove them, but she will not. Another reason you want to stay away from this company. She has also admitted to fake attorney calling to threaten us, and that she "enjoys" her "puppy mill business and the money she makes." Stay away. Not only will she give you a sick and skiddish puppy from an over-bred environment, but you will experience the WORST customer service of your life. I feel so bad for those poor puppies up there!! Not worth it.. keep looking. Oh, and she also operates under sweetwheatens.com so stay clear. Another red flag to potential buyers: Denise, owner of FF, has written her OWN review on Yelp- unethical to say the least. She also has an account acting as the "manager" named Adam in which she changed all of her responses. BUYERS BEWARE! Good luck!!! If anyone who reads this review has had or is currently having many of the same problems dealing with Denise and Freedom Farmz or Sweetwheatens.com. You may contact the San Bernardino Humane society at (909)386-1400 ext. 215. You can also contact Adelanto Animal Care and Control at (760)246-2301. And being that she has already admitted to being a Puppy Mill contact the Humane Society Puppy Mill line at (877)MILL-TIP and ask for Amanda.

After my companion pup of 12 years passed away, I knew I wanted another pup in our lives. After doing research on different types of breeds I fell in love with the miniature Goldendoodle breed. Little did I know that during Covid everyone wanted to adopt a new puppy! Every breeder in California had long waitlists of over a year! I did find breeders out of state but I did not find the idea of shipping a new puppy ideal. I wanted a local breeder with experience whom I can see face to face. Luckily in my exhaustive search I found Tropico Kennels! Lisa was the only breeder I found that had availability and that did not require for me to sign up for a lengthy waitlist and submit a deposit before the puppy was born. I found it ludicrous to pay a large deposit having no idea what the puppy will even look like! I kept checking the website regularly to see when new pups were being born. The website has a lot of useful and valuable information about the process of adopting and welcoming a new Goldendoodle puppy. Once pictures were posted online of the newborn pup I was interested in, I submitted my interest form. Lisa contacted me right away and I paid my deposit. Lisa worked with me in regards of accepted payment forms for deposit and I found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The website provided all the details I needed : I knew exactly when my pup would come home, expected weight, parent info, type (F1B, F1BB etc), shedding info, and the pictures of the newborn puppies. I do wish I had more communication from Lisa in terms of pictures and details as the puppy was growing (I was obsessed) but I knew she was busy and in the end I got my perfect dream puppy. When it was time to pick up my baby, I drove to Lisa's beautiful ranch and her husband was friendly and nice when delivering the dog to me. All in all I would recommend this breeder for anyone looking for a gorgeous Goldendoodle pup!

I decide to call and a older woman picks up I say hello good morning, who do I have the pleasure in speaking with? (I ask who it is I'm speaking with so that I can properly greet her ) she responds rudely& with an attitude "well you called me so you should know who I am" I say oh ok I do apologize but am I calling to Tropico kennels? She says yea. And then goes off on a rant that she doesn't answer her person phone often because she receives calls of people always trying to buy her house or sell her stupid shit. I said oh ok I understand but that was very unprofessional of you, I do not wish to purchase a dog off a business who doesn't know how to be professional or answer a phone call like a decent human being. So I then hung up. I would never speak to anyone that way regardless of the circumstances. Learn to be respectful and polite. Completely put me off and definitely will NOT EVER be buying a dog from this place. I'm editing my review because after a couple minutes my mom said she wanted to try and call to get information about the dogs. Because again my mom is interested in buying a puppy. So my mom calls says hello good morning I was wanting to get some information about the golden doodle puppies you might have. the same woman answers and says oh ok sure but can I call you back in a couple of minutes? My mom said sure not a problem and then the woman hung up. LITERALLY 1 minute goes by and I receive a message from this woman (I have attached a photo of the message) saying nice try! I did reply and then blocked her. Never in my life have I ever had an encounter like this. The woman then proceeds to call my mom back (I have attached a photo of the phone call as well that she called back) (as you can see she called back & the call lasted 14sec bc she was a COWARD & hung up) and say to her that she is not going to sell us any dog because I called and hung up on her, and that she should tell her daughter to not be a bitch. The woman proceeds to hang up. So I blocked her on both my mother & I's phone. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! We were only wanting information about the puppies! Which is why my mom insisted on her trying to call because she really wants a puppy. HORRIBLE experience!

In the end one of…read morethe dogs I tried to adopt was harmed, in addition to me and my son because of how they mishandled everything. It was only 48 hours before getting this dog that the foster parent, not the rescue, informed me she had a prolapse rectum. The shelter didn't even know. Outside of being told she had a small cataract in her left eye, was told nothing else was wrong. In fact, the owner said she was "perfect.". This dog had dental disease, severe scarring in both ears and eyes to where she had limited vision and hearing. She was not potty trained at all. She was also severely underweight and could not handle a walk more than about four houses down my street. I agreed to take her with the understanding she would get the prolapse surgery after I got her, paid for by the shelter. The owner continued to disagree with every vet that saw her to talk about the surgery. No vet wanted to operate on her because she was malnourished and it was unclear why she was not able to gain any weight. All three vets said she should go on a hydrolyzed protein diet. The owner of the shelter refused stating the only food I could feed her was farmers dog. Finally after two months, the owner said I could put her on hydrolyzed protein food and she started gaining some weight. She had to get an ultrasound before the hospital would agree to do the surgery at that point. It took six weeks for the shelter to connect with the hospital that did the ultrasound to talk about next steps for the surgery. By that point I had had this dog for over three months and was dealing with all of the stuff I mentioned above. Because of all that at some point, I decided I could not do it anymore. It was a very painful decision to make and the shelter, made it extremely hard for me in the end. They were difficult to communicate with. I agreed to just fly her back to LA myself and the plan then changed three different times. They said they would come get her on a certain day, then changed it to another day then I said I would just bring her like I had planned then they asked me to keep her until they could find a place for her even though they said they had a place for her to go. Long story short it was extremely hard. I will put pictures of the texts from the owner in the end, who told me to literally stop complaining. The amount of time and money I spent out of my own pocket on this dog was significant. I thought at least an apology would be given, when I asked for one, the worker at the shelter stayed silent on the phone. And then the owner told me to stop complaining as you can see in the text photos. I share this to warn other people about what you might go through if you try to adopt a dog through them.

I really loved and appreciated the thoughtful approach KPF takes to talking with potential families, making sure those who ultimately adopt from them will provide lots of love and the right care and environment for the animals they take home. When we went to visit the puppies, we instantly fell in love with Frederick, who we renamed Pasha. Since adopting with KPF, we have been working with their head trainer, Eran Shine, and Pasha is thriving! Eran has an understanding of dogs that is unmatched and his method is unique and effective! We are so grateful to KPF, Kenni, and Eran for bringing Pasha into our lives and ensuring his transition into our home and family is smooth for everyone.

Workers seem to be besties with the family so that makes sense as to why it's easier for them to lie and manipulate you and there is no consequences. To start off I did not know who The Labelle Foundation was a week ago! Some lady on Nextdoor was suppose to help me foster another dog on there but instead she asks me if I want to foster her dog because her husband is coming back from vacation and he isn't happy that she got a foster dog. Of course I say yes but did not ask through what foundation and how they handled things. She just tells me to go on their IG and apply to foster, so I do that and within 4 hours a coordinator named BELLA NAVARRO tells me if I can start fostering. I let her know a lady that has Fynn will be dropping him off and she just said to let her know when I have him. Once I let her know all she said was "YAY" I got ZERO INFO on him & had to scroll on their IG to find information on him. I did ask her how many months he was and she said 8 when they had just made a post in March saying he was 3 months. You can tell how much they care. Mind you this all happened so fast and I only had him for 3 days. In those 3 days he did not want to eat and so I was CONCERNED and MENTIONED my concern. All the pup needed was some wet food! But what does Bella say "He has been eating this for months,he just being picky LOL" and THATS IT. So what do I do? I start giving him some chicken and chicken feet because they don't try and give me something else for him! BELLA ends up saying "well of course if all he eats is treats he isn't going to want food." When the reason he started eating treats was because she just LOL about him not eating instead of giving me food that he actually wants! Dogs / puppies get bored of the same food! Especially if you live in a household that has cat food and fresh food he is going to reject his nasty kibble! The audacity ISABELLA had to blame me on the reason why he isn't eating instead of solving the issue. I end up voicing my opinion and they get bothered at the fact that I posted my concerns about them online. Also his previous foster idk what connections she has with them but kept bugging me to take my post down because it was "slander" and she did not need the "stress." MAM no one cares about your stress, how are you not concerned and supporting them, you are just like them. If I was to read someone posting stuff like this ( which I did on here till after ) I will not support a foundation that cares more about profiting from the animals ( puppies especially $700 each , which legally can't go over $550..so idk how they are going around that and not getting their 501c3 license revoked ) Anyways after I voice my opinion I get a text from BELLA saying I should have told her my health concerns about the dog instead of going online about it. I DID let her know the concern and she did not care. She was straight up trying to manipulate. What does she do instead of just saying I could go pick up some food...tells me to take him to their vet so he could be evaluated. To the vet for WHAT? He is not sick, he just wants fresh food! She ends up sending one of her friends/coworker Sam to pick up the dog and tells me it's just for "Overnight" I already figured it wasn't because of the reviews I saw but I wanted to see if it was true. YUP the reviews were right. They lie to you and ghost you and NEVER give you your foster dog back & then post him ok tik tok hours later like as if they didn't just take him away from you with NO EXPLANATION. ALSO if you go on the daughters food brand tik tok FUREVER their is a whole video claiming and showing that all their rescues eat fresh food and care about their health but yet gave me 3 bags of DRY ADULT DOG FOOD for a puppy. You can see they do it all for the show and so people can donate their money to them. There are so many horror stories of them not paying the vet to help sick puppies they have in their care and they end up dying. They charge so much money for a puppy but yet refuse to pay for their services. I can go on about this and how shady they are but you can just look them up on Tik Tok , read the rest of the reviews on here. So just beware. They don't like people to be concerned because they will feel like you have "ATTITUDE" and take your foster dog away
