I rented one of their movie screens for my husband's birthday party, and not only did they have competitive pricing, they were extremely communicative and kind throughout our entire transaction. I rented the equipment from 6-8, and Kyle even pre-emptively called me to let me know that sunset didn't start until 7:45pm, so we wouldn't be able to see the screen until then. I hadn't even thought about it, actually. They arrived on-time, set up the screen early, and asked me if I wanted to hook up the audio to play some party music while we were waiting for the sun to go down. It was super considerate and I really appreciated the thought that got put into every part of their service. This is the most legit setup for outdoor lazer tag and archery that I've ever seen! Wait, archery, you ask? Yeah, archery! Like most of the peeps I was with, I've never used a bow and arrow (more like a giant marshmallow at the end of a stick) before. But it was fun, and most people got the hang of it pretty quickly. The lazer tag was awesome. The setup looked like a paintball field with giant blowups to hide behind. It was great and very accessible for people of all skill levels. I am very pleased to have hired Freedom Fun USA for our 40th High School reunion. We had such GREAT plans looking forward. Oh my goodness! Best party we have ever thrown thanks to Freedom Fun USA! We did a back yard games party package with corn hole, giant connect 4, hover ball, football throwing, and a cotton candy machine. I picked the items up the morning of our party. While I did not actually have the opportunity to enjoy using Freedom Party Rentals for a scheduled party, I wanted to take a moment a provide a review of the positive experience I had working with the company (Tim), regardless that my event did not go as originally planned. A few months in advance I had scheduled a laser tag birthday party for my 8 year old son. Everyone, myself included, were so looking forward to this exciting and unique birthday party. Given that the party was outdoors and in February my eyes were on the weather. The day before, or so, the weather took a turn for the worse, with 80% severe thunderstorms, and temperatures dropping into the high 20's. Not really the ideal environment for a party...considering the day before was sunny and in the 80's! (Gotta love the Texas weather.) Anyways, I still wanted very much to have this party. Tim worked with me to try to help me find a venue to bring the party in-doors, but my options did not pan out. Tim was also very flexible in helping me find an alternate date to reschedule, but due to prior obligations, my available weekends were slim to none. In the end, I unfortunately had to cancel the party. Tim was very gracious and returned my deposit, mainly due to the weather. Although I missed out on what I know would have been an amazing time, I would recommend Freedom Party Rentals to anyone. I host a large outdoor film festival that donates proceeds to Autism Society of Texas. We typically draw crowds of around 350-400 people. For our first event, we reached out to Freedom Fun because they were the cheapest rental we could find. The owner Tim came out to set up our screen. He said he would be available if we had any questions or concerns. After experiencing issues with the projector, Tim did not pick up his phone. This delayed our screening & 400 attendees by 30 minutes. After multiple failed call-attempts, Tim returned our call late the next evening. He offered to make up for his mistake by hosting the next event for free with a dedicated projectionist. When I called for the next screening, Tim only remembered a 50% discounted rate & mentioned that I would need to cover the cost of the projectionist at $212. Following the event, Tim tacked on $50 for an additional hour of screening time we did not use. Initially, I posted a review to voice my frustrations. Tim emailed me & requested that I remove the review. Since agreeing to remove the review, Tim has decided to insult me, my company, & my partnerships. While the hostility towards me as a customer has taken a personal turn, I can not recommend Freedom Fun USA based solely on accountability & a quality experience. read more

They bring the party to your location, however, they should also provide the space if the client prefers, especially an indoor location in case of bad weather. First the pricing is deceiving on their website vs what you actually end up getting. I ordered the drop-off package because I thought it would be less expensive but they added a $45 fee. This fee is added at the end and looks like it is for any type of delivery choice and set up would have been even more? The website or booking program was not very sophisticated and I had to go through 7-10 screens to process my order. They were 30 minutes late dropping off and it was windy and about to rain but they never mentioned it was going to be an issue prior to coming out - or I would have rescheduled. Wind made it impossible to keep up and the ropes attached were almost like string. When the equipment was dropped off I was given verbal quick 3 minute instructions, no written HOW TO GUIDE. The screen surface was wrinkled and shows up when you show your movie. Equipment seemed to be a bit beaten up but the worse part was rolling the screen without any instructions! Guys were nice who dropped off and said I could call them with problems. I should have paid for setup and gone with a MOVIE COMPANY and not a party rental company. read more

My daughter's birthday party was a hit thanks to Freedom Mobile Entertainment. Zach showed up the day of the party with plenty of time to spare. He set everything up and worked with us to get the inflatable screen in the perfect spot. He then went over the details of the projector and how to tweak anything once the movie started playing that evening. He also provided me with his cell number and said he could make a trip out if any glitches arose (wow!). With the package that we used, you do have to disassemble everything yourself. Nothing too hard but it took 2 of us a good 20-30 minutes at 9pm when we're already wiped out from hosting a party. But you just store everything in a covered area and they pick up the next morning. The price was very reasonable for the quality we received and compared to what I've paid for other birthday party ideas. I already have other parents who are planning to use them after they saw the backyard setup. Great job, guys! read more
