We had contact with three employees. One out of three did a good job and was pleasant and personable. It took 2 weeks to get the motor because they said they did not receive payment. We wired them the money and they did have it after they looked and found it. Next - The motor we received was not a fully dressed motor, only a long block. After many phone calls they admitted they were wrong but said they could not help us out on the price. I told them to come get their motor, on their dime. I also told them that they will have to give us a total refund of the amount wired including freight and such. I hope this turns out ok in the end with the refund. As for them as a company and their service, I will never buy from them nor recommend them to anybody. They did end up giving our money back.
