I was a long-time customer of Beha Cleaners in Shelbyville. Last spring they lost a favorite dress…read morethat I'd taken to them for dry-cleaning. For weeks I inquired about it and was told by the staff that they hoped it would show up, but there was nothing else they could do. I asked numerous times to speak to the owner but he consistently failed to discuss the loss with me. Finally, after several months, the staff told me that they would give me $25 for my loss even though the dress would cost me several hundred dollars to replace. Their failure to discuss or apologize for their failure to seriously address their mistake made this a very dissatisfying experience. I am no longer a customer of Beha Cleaners.
