The repair person, Alex, threatened me multiple times to take away my computer while I expressed dissatisfaction with the new screen. In addition, he made me feel physically endangered while I deliver and pickup my computer at his home office. He loves to brag about his experience and gaslight customers when his work does not follow through. His ego is too big for the quality of work he does. As we can see in the other comments, he likes to threaten his customer, such as suing them for leaving a bad review. 4. In the end he put back my old broken screen without my permission, and refused to refund me the full amount.

He pointed out that the previous repair used a lower-quality screen rather than a genuine one, which finally explained some issues we'd noticed back then. Mike replaced it with a proper screen, and now the phone feels like new--perfect for my daughter to keep using. Since he did such a great job on my wife's phone, I decided to go ahead and replace the battery on my own iPhone (12 Pro Max) as well, since it was down to 69% maximum capacity. They are located in an old 70's business park and there are literally dozens of small companies that look like someone's extra large garages. Most are not really set up for customers as there was a small waiting area and they guy that seemed to run the place was chain smoking the whole time I was there. I presented the invoice and it took at least 20 minutes for them to find the video card I had purchased on-line. I guess most of their work is conducted on-line.
