Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

Unable to find the source ourselves, we contacted several plumbers and had to turn off our water for three days until help arrived. Kline & Kavali were the first to return our call on Monday morning, and although they couldn't come until first thing Tuesday morning, they arrived exactly when promised. It was less than 3 weeks from the completed work to the time I paid him. He stopped in our business 2 times during that period to find out when he was getting paid. I feel that if he needed payment at the time of the work, he should have let us know. We are a corporation and payments are not always immediate.
