STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Not only will they not do what they need to fix it . But they will have someone call you and be. As rude as he could be with excuses for everything. And when I call the office of Forest River they told me the exact opposite of what the service manager told me about the noise lifting my pop up it was out of adjustment and the service manager told me there is no adjustment. Sounds like you're just hiring people giving them a screwdriver and turning them loose. You can always prove me wrong by fixing it the right way and not give an excuses but I'm ready for more excuses you can call me just don't have that rude ass call me. If I could add a video you all would be horrified by the sound the motor makes lifting the roof and they tell me there's a button at the top that stops it that's nice except when it stops it drops down an inch and when I call Forest River they tell me it's an adjustment problem when I call Forest River they tell me that's just the way they are. That's funny people that can't work on it telling you how it's supposed to work. Like Forest River said they make a manual the mechanic should read it better.

What a great experience we had purchasing our new travel trailer. Will, our salesman was great, Aaron fantastic, the owner unbelievably wonderful. There was not one staff member that we interacted with that was not 200% customer service oriented. We drove from Queen Creek to make this purchase based on the research I did and all the wonderful reviews we were not disappointed. So glad we spent our money there. Our first outing was a success and knowing that they are a phone call away is wonderful. I highly recommend freedom RV it is worth the drive, it is worth the time, and you will not be disappointed

My beautiful coach, I got lucky with. But nothing to do with the dealership! I am just lucky.

SAVE YOURSELF. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM Truck, Coach, and Bus…read more This was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences we have ever dealt with. We dropped our trailer off on February 20 after Jesse assured us it would be completed within a month. We needed it back by early April. Instead, we didn't get it back until May 8 -- and what we received was unsafe, incomplete, and so poorly done that it now has to be COMPLETELY gutted and rebuilt from scratch. The ONLY things salvageable are the carpet and LVP flooring. At first, communication was excellent until they received our money. We made three payments totaling $13,000. After that, communication nearly disappeared. Because we live almost 2,000 miles away, updates were critical. Instead, between February 20 and May 8, there were approximately 90 communication attempts via calls and texts, many of them unanswered. Pickup dates constantly changed. Jesse stopped communicating directly and instead had his friend Tom act as a "mediator." On pickup day, our family sat waiting while the time was delayed yet again. Jesse never even showed up. Instead, his cousin Jeff arrived. Then came the final insult: after already paying $13,000, we were told we owed ANOTHER $5,000 just to get our trailer back. We ultimately paid an additional $3,500 because we felt the trailer was being held hostage. The workmanship was beyond unacceptable: * Used 2002 light fixtures, apparently pulled from an old trailer * Installed 120V lights into a 12V system * Missing sink, faucets, countertops, backsplash, bathroom fixtures, and cabinet hardware * Propane line not connected, so poorly done it could have flooded the cabin if turned on * Cut waterline * Electrical work was wired backward and dangerously sloppy * Shower not caulked and leaking * SharkBite fittings are improperly installed and leaking * Told our selected tile was "unavailable" when it was in stock * Used drywall screws and glue to install nearly everything, including finish trim * Spray-painted INSIDE the trailer over brand-new vinyl on walls * The trim looked like it was cut with a butter knife, measured with a stick, and installed by a 2-year-old. After inspection, we were informed that the trailer is unsafe, and the workmanship is so poor that it must now be torn apart and rebuilt entirely from the ground up. Truck, Coach, and Bus took our money, avoided communication, delayed endlessly, demanded more money at pickup, and returned a dangerous mess instead of a finished trailer. Based on our experience, this business showed a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability. Stay away.

We negotiated purchase terms remotely on a Tuesday, flew in Wednesday evening and drove our new to us RV back to CA on Thursday. Zack, the tech who walked us through all the RV systems and Leslie the finance person who processed our paperwork were courteous, knowledgeable and thorough, Well done. One of their staff even drove us to get lunch while we waited for the vehicle to be cleaned and released.

Reaching out to you at a customer service email is not professional. In addition requesting that I send an email to customer with the purchaser's name, RV VIN, and purchase date, is not customer service you should already have and know that information about me and what I purchased. I think that the email is a way of you getting around your failures and doing nothing. On a side note, my kids purchased a new 43' fifth wheel this weekend from a different dealer and had very pleasant experience. Word of mouth is a great way to bring in new sales and customers, not so much in your case. I never thought I would say I bought new tires for my new fifth wheel, but never say never, with that said BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
