We noticed that one of the blinds on the bunk beds is missing and the strip of LED lights for the recliner chair is missing. We tried contacting our salesman, Francisco, but he just directed us to the Service Department. And they are not very helpful, at all. It's been a few days since we have informed them about the issues, and nobody has contacted us, since. I think, they're just concerned about selling their units and not caring about their customers after they made their money. This is very disappointing. Taylor was one of the best sales people I've ever encountered in buying a vehicle.
