They arrived right on time and worked their hearts out. Each day before leaving, they cleaned up everything, and put all the furniture back in its place, even though they were coming back the next day and would have to move the furniture again! We were very impressed about the care they took with our house, moving the furniture, protecting all the base, cabinets and walls with plastic, etc.... We mentioned at the time that we would be remodeling the guest bath room and would need the Travertine polished in it once it was remodeled, being it was such small area, Alan said yeah give us a call we'll make an exception and come back and do it. (They have a size sq ft minimum, very understandable). True to his word he came back out and polished this very small area for a very reasonable price considering everything involved. All I can say; if you need floor polishing and expect quality work for the dollar you can not go wrong with AFC Floor Care they are the best we have found anywhere from Calif. to Florida...

We were not completely satisfied with the initial appearance of the eventual, finished results. However after some minor communication problems, Lester's guys came and applied another coat of sealer to the driveway. We have been very pleased with the finished product, and feel like we got our money's worth. We would definitely consider contracting with them again when another maintenance job is required. After hurricane Ian, we had to go into litigation in order to get our full pool enclosure replaced. They helped us through the whole process and I couldn't believe how quickly our pool enclosure was finished once we finally got the go ahead. All of the workers who were at our house were hard-working and skilled at their craft. We had a couple small issues because of our dogs and someone was sent right out to help fix it and troubleshoot how to prevent the problem in the future.
