when I first drove into the service area, I was greeted right away and then the Service Advisor Cade Smith came to my car with a warm greeting and listened to my concerns about what service needed I asked for a 10 point inspection on my car and later it revealed my car needed more work that I had not anticipated but I want to drive a safe car. Cade Smith kept me updated while I waited for the service to be completed. Cade Smith was very informative. The waiting area was clean and inviting with snacks and coffee. My wait time was long due to what was needed for my car. I am happy to be driving a safe care car after it was serviced at Freeway Chevy!! read more

Possibly the worst car dealership in the country . They will lie to your face on just about everything. There GM Chuck is the equivalent to the Monstars coach from the original SpaceJam movie. I've even been told by previous employees on how bad their customer service is and that they even treat their employees terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Chevy dealership. They still try to upsell you on things that aren't needed. The fact is all they're doing is going by the manual letting you know what is recommended. I will do my oil changes their entire rotations. He said you it's going to be $200 out the door no lies I was upset because I only had the $200 didn't have any more but I ended paying him $300!. We purchased two brand-new vehicles from this dealership just four months ago. Recently, the check engine light came on in one of them, so I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic. When I arrived, I was informed that they would need to keep the vehicle for a minimum of five days just to run the diagnostic--something that was never mentioned when I booked the appointment. To make matters worse, they had no loaner vehicles available, leaving me without transportation. This lack of communication and customer support is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand-new vehicle still under warranty. I expected much better service from a dealership that sold us two cars. Very disappointed in the experience. I would have given a 5 star rating but there was greasy hand prints on the door handle and scuff marks on the drivers side kick panel. The techs need to be aware of keeping customer vehicles in the same shape they were brought in, or bring back the car washes they used to do before Covid. It makes no sense other than a cost cutting measure. I was told it was ended because Covid protocols could pass on to the client??? I mean come on! The approach for the oil change was professional and inviting and once I brought my car in for the service, Clayton was kind and quick with the service. He let me know along the way how long It would be and the progress of the service. I was in and out that morning. Once again, kind and professional service and I will definitely return again. My experience buying was great and perfect. Until a month after purchase when the finance manager calls me demanding more money to pay for my trade. His justification was surrounded with theoreticals and "should haves." The finance manager went so far as to make threats. That's not good business in my opinion.
