So my wife and I went into the Crown Toyota dealership on Sunday late afternoon to check out the great deals they had knowing my wife is a first time buyer.. Everything went great we got approved so the Toyota sales rep. was getting all the paper work ready for us instantly. The sales representative comes back and asked my wife if she currently has auto insurance, and unfortunately my wife stopped paying her auto insurance due to bad service at a Erika's auto insurance place, and a few other bad experiences else where..The Toyota Sales men mentioned we needed insurance to drive off the lot so we tried calling AAA it was not open after hours for new customers, we contacted State Farm and the Sales Rep. stated they didn't help new customers after hours as well. Our last try was Geico and the young man was asking LOT'S of questions just to give my wife a quick quote, eventually the amount he gave me a month was 5 times the amount we have ever paid for auto insurance so i quickly told my wife say thanks hang up and lets explore other options. As my wife told the Geico guy thank you for your help ill continue to see what other options i have, the geico sales representative started being very disrespectful to my wife so i got on the phone and disrespected me as well so i hang up the geico man keeps nonstop calling my wife, what a horrible experience. As soon as me and my wife thought let's give up a man named Ricky Alas a broker from FREEWAY insurance comes in and the Toyota rep. introduces us to him and we wanted to get a quick quote hands down this man knows what he is doing, he gave us a quick fast easy quote on the spot in a few short mins no 100 questions like the geico . He explained everything plain and simple and how everything works i enjoyed the way he was down to earth, very polite/respectful to my wife and I he had a great sense of humor too which made it fun.. our experience with this man was GREAT!!! We definitely recommend anyone ho has had bad experiences with other auto insurances or have been paying TOO MUCH a month. This guy hooked us up with very affordable monthly payments. Let me begin by saying that the service and help that I received at Freeway insurance was excellent! I needed to get insurance for my car that I purchased at the dealer and it was rather difficult going from place to place trying to get the lowest rate and the right one. My friend Carlos Godoy works at Freeway so I tried to see if he could help. So then I spoke to Andrea Jimenez over the phone and man was she friendly, patient, intelligent the way she spoke/ formulated her sentences through the phone and knew what she was doing. My record has some points due to inability to act responsible in the past but that's beside the point. So the rate to start the policy was way too high. I needed to get full coverage (which I've never had, only liability). When I was about to hang up, Andrea went out of her way, transferred me to the manager and he transferred me to another department. I was able to get an affordable quote and not only that, but they worked with me on getting discounts despite said bad driving record. Definitely the best experience with an auto insurance company ever! I've spoken to insurance agents before and the call would be over with in a couple of minutes. Deanna, the assistant manager, helped me out incredibly! They took so much time with me to try to get me the best price and they did! They saved me 100$ a month without me having to ask. I was going to accept the original quote but right away the agent told me she thinks it's way too much and found ways to save me so much. She was so amazing and sweet to go out of her way and inform me different way I could save. i love this place I went in just to get insurance on a vehicle that i no longer have for court the next day to showed that i got insurance after i got the ticket to show the judge so i wont have to pay the penalty of $900.00 .
