We were in a predicament with our last auto insurance company and Francisco went above and beyond to get us insured before the end of the day. And in the process, he kept communication open to keep us updated of what he was doing and what was going on. And I must also say, I have learned a lot about auto insurance companies and how they work and how their policies work. Denise Herrera, hands down is the most personable and accommodating agent that I have ever dealt with. I am sure that some customers would agree that you might be in an unfortunate situation when trying to find auto insurance at the last moment. I was having a day from h--- when I called Freeway Auto Insurance while a very unhappy, inpatient DMV worker tapped her foot while glaring at me. I continued to hit dead ends until I called Freeway Insurance and spoke with Denise. She was the most patient and calming Insurance Agent I have ever spoken with. Trying to complete DMV's required online form's with a phone that was working when it wanted, and with a broken foot from the day prior I had a short time to complete what I wouldn't have been able to do without Denise's help. She took the time, didn't rush me and completely made me feel that she genuinely was there for me. She was super confident, knowledgeable and ended up helping out the DMV worker by completing a task that I'm sure was above and beyond her job duties. It even made the DMV employee smile. I definitely recommend this Freeway insurance office to everybody. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. I felt so welcomed and comfortable with the workers during my visit. They even offered me some water. That might not mean much but on a hot day like it was when I went in, it was greatly appreciated. On top of the generosity they found me the cheapest car insurance!! They quoted me a cheaper car insurance rate than my previous car insurance company, whom I was with for 4 years. I instantly switched insurance companies and was set to go in no time. The leader/manager of this office (Jayson) was very knowledgeable and you can tell that this office is ran thoroughly as seen in the employees. Earlier today I went to get a quote on my car insurance though Yazmin. She was very helpful and patient with the process. She reviewed my driving record and gave me a few options that will help lower my car insurance. Due to my past driving record of mistakenly holding 2 points, I thought it was over for me. Luckily, Yazmin found a insurer who was willing to cooperate under these circumstances and the cheapest which fits better for my needs. The arrival time to be seen was immediate. Okay, so, these guys are AMAZING! Marcos (agent) and Jayson (the Manager) are very polite, informative, comforting and PATIENT! They literally spent two and a half hours (after closing time)working with my budget and finding a policy that fit what i wanted and needed and getting me on the road. If you want an insurance company that actually listens to YOU, cares about YOU, and not their pockets, this is the place to go! Again, a great staff, I couldn't have made a better choice. I went to change my policy a couple of days ago. That's when I met DENISE HERRERA. She was amazing. I had to reschedule a couple of times do to my schedule and she was patient and nice and was there to help. She gave me a really good quote. Saved me about a $110 a month. She has a really good people skill. When I was there filling out paper work and signing stuff she was talking to me the whole time and made me feel comfortable and made the entire experience fun as well. I thought these guys are honest but after everyone telling us we had full car covers for vehicles we had found out that one of the vehicles did not have full coverage so it didn't make any sense we are paying all this money for our coverage for three vehicles but only two were being insured by no means is this make them bad people just know just know what you're paying for and will know what you're buying read more
