I was unable to find insurance at a price that was within my budget for nearly 4 days due to an unfortunate last couple years of driving incidents raising my premiums through the roof. I actually received a quote just for liability where the down payment was $486 with $179 monthly payments!!! Finally I got lucky and called the team over at freeway and was fortunate enough to have Carmen who is in every way the negotiator for someone like my self is a must. My Nickname for her is the "NEGOTIOTAR". Keep in mind these guys are able to work with almost every insurance provider on your behalf and lend you some credibility and the expertise you don't have, so they can get you a policy you otherwise would not have been able to manage. When the "NEGOTIATOR" Carmen stepped in she did for me what I had been unable to do for 4 days and I have spent the last 12 years in business management, sales and marketing, operations management, team building and employee development and coaching.....Etc. So I'm very familiar with the verbiage when conducting a deal and for the most part I am very good at what I do. But even I needed help and the team at Freeway way there to make it happen and the word "NO" was nowhere near thier vocabulary. Needless to say I got a policy with a tremendously lower down payment as well as the lowest monthly payment I had heard after 4 days of calling even strip mall insurance company's with just like one guy who is the owner, manager, secretary you know what I mean. One of the agents on the team went over the paperwork and details portion after Carmen had absolutely crushed it! I'm sure she had to take 5 before heading back out to the floor so she didn't start chest bumping people knowing the domination that just took place. The agent responsible for finishing up was Esteban Flores. The kind of guy who possesses a skill that is ultra valuable in communication with your customers. He can remain professional keeping his credibility while at the same time establishing a feeling of comfort at the level of being able to share about the most embarrassing moment of your day that would only make sense to one of your close friends. He made the the whole thing come together with a personal touch that made me actually write this novel your possibly still reading which is my first ever yelp review, I freaking had to download an app and everything just to do it.. In all seriousness though thank God for these guys going above and beyond! I have a family with two little ones and in my family I don't go to others for help, I'm the one who has that responsibility and the thought of me not being able to meet it is not even a thought on my families mind so I must be working in order to be taking care of those who look up to me. 4 days out of work would have been 5 maybe more if it wasn't for Carmen and Esteban. Not only did they go out of their way for some guy they don't know but they made me feel appreciated and grateful that I was allowing them to serve me. I bought an insurance policy 02/19/2018 from Freeway Insurance Services (FIS) based on all of the great reviews. I had an absolute nightmare dealing with FIS. I spent over 3 hours trying to get my insurance cards/declaration after signing and paying $554 because Ms. Garcia (manager) stated the computer was having technical difficulties. I had a number of questions that Ms. Garcia and Marwa kept skirting around such as the application stating $600 in the limit column for collision. Both women stated this was a $600 deductible. Maybe so, but I need to see it with my eyes (documents i.e. declaration). I understand most people just go through the application and check the blocks without even reading the contract (legally binding) they are about to sign. I kept being put on hold for long periods of time without either women coming back anytime soon especially Ms. Garcia. I finally had to let her know she was providing poor customer service. I explained to her that I should have probably went to a different insurance company and that the Internet reviews is the reason I called FIS in the first place. Ms. Garcia stated that my situation was unusual. I suppose so, but it did not excuse my long wait (over 3 hours) or the constant waits on hold. Ms. Garcia did apologize but the situation remained the same. Ms. Garcia emailed me several copies (2 cars) of temporary insurance cards valid for 30 days. Ms. Garcia did email me a declaration with incorrect information on it. I emailed a reply as to what needed to be corrected. Incorrect information can void a contract all together. I then received an email requesting proof of my marriage within 14 days in order to keep the policy rates quoted by FIS. After my money ($554) was spent there was not much else I could do but write this review (many more to come) and possibly some complaints as well...Buyer beware... read more

In my opinion this location is one of the best around granted I've been thru the up's and downs in purchasing different car insurance policy throughout the years that I know when a company is just trying to get the business you know but initially I went with freeway because my family had a new driver that needed insurance but we ended changing our whole policy and getting a really good rate that we could afford at a better cost than it was for my whole family to separate the policy's but Anthony was super helpful and had us there going thru all our options because I was not just looking for coverage I was looking for piece of mind and I found that with our brokers help!! I ain't saying freeway is for everybody but if you call around I'm pretty sure their brokerage fee is a lot less expensive than some of these fly by night deals I've seen now and again. To be honest. I was treated extremely professionally from the beginning. The first person to get my info in order to get transferred to the specialist, did an amazing job to make the process easy and inviting. He did tell me what seemed to be a memorized specialized speech, but either way I understood his approach and he did a great job presenting the information. My only regret from the first part of processing with freeway is forgetting his name. I'm sorry..Jose? -__- He then transferred me to Rosa Bascones. This is when I realized that I was transferred into proper hands. She alone, in a few quick minutes, managed fo find me the best and most affordable full coverage for my car. I was honestly completely impressed. Whatever method she uses...its obvious, on my part, that she knows what she is doing. I immediately got my debit card because I felt that this was my best choice. Carlos was very helpful with assisting me with my insurance purchase we spoke over the phone at first then scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was ready for me immediately on arrival and was very helpful with explaining the different coverage's available. Everyone at this location is very helpful and professional I was offered water and refreshments several times by several other team members while I waited for only about 5 minutes for Carlos to finish up with other client. So I never had heard of freeway but a friend of mine has freeway and went with an agent named Sara I gave her a call at the office set up an appointment and was just wowed. First off everyone in the office is nice. Carmen is the manager and amazing, but Sara went above and beyond. We ended up speaking with the manager Angel and he went above and beyond to get us a great quote. We signed the policy and left very satisfied.
