As you can imagine, we went into full panic mode and called Marc on a Friday evening. He immediately returned our call and said that our address was eligible for coverage and within a few days, Marc visited our home to gather information and formulate a quote. He was kind, knowledgeable and understanding of our situation and we never felt like he was giving a "hard sell." We were candid and told him we would be seeking quotes from various agents. As a retired small business owner there are two things that are very important to me: integrity and work ethic and Marc possesses these qualities. Wife had a windshield claim that went smooth. So far so good, Always get amazing support from this office! Ok, so I have all my auto policy's, home, and anything else you can image with Ronn. Ive Happy with his agency and his services for the last 15 years. Only files some small claims (windshield) but he always watches them to make sure they are going smoothly. He doesn't set his prices, but he does anything he can to give you the best deal. Great honest guy. Ps - Ronn, cupcakes !!!

I've spent so much time following up by calls, emails or text, it is ridiculous. Also, even if they do answer, be sure to check double that what you asked for was done (I paid 5 months for a car I asked to have taken off) and it never got done. I've spoken to the owner, and it's the same thing "We are short-staffed, busy, etc" that I have been hearing since 2020. I have a job, and following up daily is a headache. I am honestly at a loss at this point. I do NOT recommend putting yourself in this situation as it is not worth it.

I wanted to look for another insurance, when I finally got a hold of someone at True Pro they told me I could look on my own for another insurance... umm isnt that the brokers job??? What do they actually do now? Who knows. Things that used to be taken care of same day, now take weeks, if at all. No one knows what they are doing, they get a 0 out of 10 for customer service. Needless to say, I found another insurance on my own. I didnt even bother to let them know I am no longer be working with them, they don't respond anyway. I ended up going through Otto Car Insurance, got a quote and insurance same day, great service no hassle. Definitely recommend using Otto car insurance instead!

Nicole was working with me to correct it and communication stopped. I tried for weeks to reach her and finally decided to go back to the way we first connected which was Facebook. At this point I just want confirmation the policy is terminated. In a gesture of grand professionalism Nicole, rather than calling me as promised, blocked me. Business relationships do not always work out. But it is beyond unprofessional to not inform your clients Of the status of their policy.

Made an appointment two weeks ago to review our bundled policies of 30 years. I arrived yesterday…read more and was told by his assistant that he must have forgotten the appointment because she remembered making it. It's a poorly run office. Agent does not check his calendar and assistant apparently does not remind agent of his appointments. I asked the assistant to have agent call me and am still waiting for that call 24 hours later. Goodbye Allstate. I do not feel like I am "in good hands".
