Without a doubt I've spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with Jiffy Lube. I recently purchased a new (to me) car, and wanted a fluid top off before its first oil change. We're going on a trip and wanted to make sure everything is good before we hit the road. Frustratingly, Jiffy Lube wouldn't honor our customer loyalty, and said we had to get an oil change on this specific car before they would do a fluid top off. I'm not some random guy off the street taking advantage of this free service. I have demonstrated that loyalty through the years of having Jiffy Lube maintain my vehicles. The employees at this Jiffy Lube threw all those years of good relationships out the window with this interaction. Your money is better spent at a shop that actually cares about your long-term relationship with them.

I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. Turns out the issue with my A/C could be traced back to the last time I got an oil change at Speedee. They replaced the air cabin filter with a completely incorrect filter. The put the wrong filter in, the wrong direction, and forced it up against the door for the air intake. So not only did they cause my A/C issues, they then couldn't be bothered to take the time to actually diagnose my vehicle and find their own mistake. Instead, I get a quote for unnecessary service. I will not be returning for any services.

Got a call that my brake pads were in great condition and did not need to be replaced, fast forward to today when I went to another auto shop and my brake pads and routers need to be replaced which they said should have been detectable when I brought the car in January. Now I'm out way more money because the routers are also damaged when it would have just been the brake pads. They were very busy the day I brought my car in so I believe the job was only half done (they negligently did not check the rear brakes). I do not recommend this place at all and am dissatisfied, disappointed and out of money while trying to get through school. Do not come here, there are many other places in the area that give better service.

Got there at 5p on a Saturday night. Good news, we just snapped the metal band inside the tire. They had us in and out with 2 new tires in an hour. Not only that, thoroughly went through the suspension and undercarriage to make sure we were OK. They gave great advice, said be careful and sent us on our way with good wishes. An (online) appointment, few calls and texts, and a trip in on Sunday/left there overnight Sunday for arriving tires Monday morning and it was done. They called at 8:30 am Monday morning to give me the status of tires and car, I thought. No, it was to tell me the car was ready to go!! They did everything in their power to make it happen--and it did. They are amazing!! Our family is enjoying my son's visit now. Love their free "courtesy checks" of the car, too. My next appointment with them will be a new battery soon. Firestone is my new "go to!!"
