We had a massive oil leak, Misty got us right in. The evaluator was just as fast. Will, the actual technician was quick to start the repair. Constant communication between the tech and Misty was super. When a plateau was reached Misty was on the phone with us letting us know what was going on, sure made the waiting easier. Just to open, I purchased my first semi in 1988, so I've been around the block more then once or twice, actually well over 2.5 million. In saying that I have bought many trucks, In fact I have Purchased 3 older Frght Cascadias, 1 2020 Western star and 4 2020 Frght Cascadia in the past few years from Frieghtliner NW. Jim Banner in sales will bend over backwards and go the extra mile.....he is above and beyond the most personable truck salesman I've ever been around. so that being said. I am sooo disappointed and to the point of angry, that trying to call the parts dept. is like calling Santa. NOBODY answers, NOBODY returns calls. this is not the first time. this is a ongoing problem for many many months. I literally have sat on hold to the point it sends me to the automated answering machine (approx. 20 min. hold time) in witch nobody returns a call! I have even called the service dept. after two days of trying to get a hold of parts to ask if they could transfer me. NOPE and i'm still waiting for a return call 5 hrs later in witch service said they'd give parts a message. So guess what, I can't get parts, then there's no use in buying Frieghtliner. Here's a maintenance issue discovered the hard way ... (this is long but might be enlightening) RE: 2008 Fleetwood Diesel Pusher Motor Home Departed Casa Grande on April 1st with our next destination Bishop, CA with an overnight stop in Blythe, CA. On the entire trip going up grades I experienced engine hesitation and the "Check Engine" light would appear. After a few seconds it would go off and everything seemed normal. Repeat, repeat, repeat. When we arrived in Bishop, CA I found the only certified Cummins shop and scheduled diagnostics the next day. Test drove with the technician, he monitored error codes that pointed to a fuel issue, upgraded Cummins engine software which did not help and recommended we have further physical diagnostics which might include having to go through the bedroom floor to get to engine components. That means taring the bedroom apart. Scheduled it for the following Monday. Packed for two to three nights in a hotel to prepare for it being in the shop. Cost so far $150.00 (1.5 hours @ $100.hr) Monday AM: Tech said he wanted to do fuel pressure test before going through the bedroom floor. Tested both high pressure and low pressure. Result, he found the fuel filter was clogged and not supplying enough fuel under loading conditions. Replaced fuel filter and water separator and it fixed the problem. Cost: $290 (2.2 hours labor including testing @ $100/hour plus parts) Moral to the story ... I have faithfully had maintenance performed annually as Freightliner/Cummins recommends. The last three years I had it done at Freedom Truck Centers in Spokane, WA, a Freightliner Service Center. Evidently, they did not replace the fuel filters. The filters on the engine were rusted and were missing o-rings and clamps. Freedom never replaced them and the last time they were replaced they were installed completely wrong. Needless to say I will not be using Freedom again. A $150 maintenance issue turned out to be nearly $450 to diagnose and fix. Make sure annual maintenance includes changing the fuel filters. My past invoices said they did ... did somebody just forget to do it? read more

I'm a Noob (Newbie) at owning a Class-A RV. The manufacturer recommended that I take it to Freightliner to have the riding height adjusted. The Cummings Shop in Arcata, Ca., authorized to work on Freightliner chassis, gave me an estimate of $1,100 to do the job. Thank goodness I didn't have time to wait around for an appointment. Freightliner Northwest, in Spokane, did the height adjustment, greased the chassis, and discovered that my Cummings Engine had a recall due. Freightliner accomplished all the work for 1/3 of the Cummings's estimate. Due to the availability of parts, Nate recommended that I transfer the recall job to the next Freightliner on my journey. What I was most impressed with, is that Nate took the time to explain every facet of the work accomplished, as well as the importance of having the recall accomplished as soon as possible, possibly saving me thousands of dollars in repairs, should the recalled part fail. It was obvious that he was taking care of me, the customer, working for MY interests, and talking to me like I was the most important job in his garage. I will continue to have Freightliner work on my chassis and any other system they're authorized to work on due to their competency, expertise, and respect for their customers. I'm a fan. read more

Parts department is fabulous. Called in an order and it was ready when I arrived. Returned some brake pads to receive our core charge back. Walked in, offered help getting them out of the truck, received credit. Done. Could t be happier with them. read more

Terrible place, they don't care about you the customer your just a ATM machine, just a trick for them to make a quick profit. They wouldn't give you directions to a hospital if you we're hurt with out getting some money out of you. They wouldn't let you use there bathroom unless they got paid first. Worst Freightliner I have ever step foot in. The worst business ever! There is a petro shop across the street, I'd go there first. read more

If you research you will see this place has poor reviews....AND FOR A GOOD REASON!!!!!!!! If you break down, use your GPS and avoid this place like a plague. Speaking with the service representative under his advise and me agreeing we made repairs. The repairs were to no avail. Now to make things worse they charge $800 labor for 2 hours of work (I had an authorized Freightliner dealer review their charges). When I attempted to ask them to explain how they allowed the truck back on the road without repairing it, they refused to answer. It was pure luck the driver stopped when he did before someone could have been injured or even worse!!! After some research at the surrounding towns it was explained to me by some former employees, that place was not a quality place where to seek repairs. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Never ever go to this place even if you have to tow the truck to some other place. These people will never fix anything and will bill for nothing. My truck stayed at their shop for three days and they never knew what was wrong and how it would be fixed and billed us $3000 for something that didnt fix an inch. The truck might get into to a worse condition then before if tuoched by these people. Horrible service, they never gave us a clear conclusion regarding the work the performed and kept that people spent that many hour doing nothing. After 3 days of waiting the issue was recovered and they demand for another 3000 and still said that it might not be fixed. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO AND FIX THE TRUCK!!!!! read more

Do not go to this shop! I had $8000 in front end work done. They put a wheel seal in backwards and on the other side they left part of the old seal they also broke both locking nuts that hold it all together. Hand to have all the work redone (at a different shop) but Rodger wanted my business so I tried again with a coolant leak. 6 hours into the deal they tell me they can't work on the engine because it didn't have a egr. Go anywhere else! Worst shop I've ever been to I'll never ever go back not even for parts! read more
