I ordered the chilled sweet and sour potato and was very disappointed. $17 for what I got was insane. It was just a few slivers of potato and carrot on top of cold vermicelli. I loved the decor and atmosphere, but it was a very underwhelming experience for me. I'll definitely give it another try and give something else a try. Maybe enjoy the outdoor seating , outdoor seating in the summer in Bellingham is a MUST

Fun, lively place with great food…read more We showed up at 5 on a Sunday and the place was already almost full - we were seated at the bar and then moved to a table. Both seating options were nice and allowed us to be around people while still being able to hear our dining companions. Extensive cocktail menu of well crafted and interesting cocktails. A mocktail menu of equally well crafted cocktails is also available upon request. We tried a variety of flavorful dishes. The hot noodles are particularly delicious - a comfort food like dish that is spicy and satisfying and plentiful. The crispy salt and pepper tofu is also delicious - a satisfying crunch and a soft inside. We also tried the crispy eggplant bao which I probably wouldn't get again, but it was definitely pretty and hardy. I'd definitely go by again next time I'm in Bellingham!

Bellingham was chilly that day, my friends, but the ambiance and service at the Admiralty were as warm and welcoming as you could ever hope for. Jabriel, Isaac and Chelsea were friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in the door. Perfectly crispy cod filets and a towering, tasty wedge Caesar were our selections. The cocktails were carefully crafted. Great value in the Happy Hour drinks and the Six Islands Sazerac was a rum-tacular take on a New Orleans classic. Even some complimentary bubbles when they found out it was my wife's birthday! My only regret is that the Admiralty Lounge isn't my local pub, I'd be there every week! Thanks to the owner and staff for a great start to my wife's long-awaited concert evening. (:

Great night up at the bar with Isaac and Jabriel. This is my first time making it to Happy Hour,…read moreand the bargain prices just blew me away! Plus it's a generously-timed Happy Hour from 4 to 5:30--a bonus 30 minutes for scrumptious offerings. I thoroughly loved the slider (so delicious and tender) and the pork belly skewer--oh that pork! Another bonus in that each came with side salads that were different, interestingly flavored and very delicious. Enough so that I would have been happy with "just a salad." And the guys are great mixologists! My cocktails can only be non-alcohol right now. Each made up a fabulous drink for me on the spur. My favorite from Isaac was largely lime and grapefruit-based with some orgeat syrup. It was elegant and complex. (I hope they put it on the menu! I suggested they call it the Elegant Isaac.) Jabriel made me a coconut concoction that was delightful and smooth and which made a lovely dessert drink to end my meal. Love the atmosphere too. Great place...
