Their costumer services has been outstanding. my son has had to go there twice and both times they have been very helpful and been able to get him in, in a reasonable amount of time. my son is going to college there so our primary dental office is in CA. My New Bridge is in and it's Beautiful! Brenna Behrens DDS Has done a lot to make my teeth look fabulous! Today had several fillings That made such a difference in my smile. She works with her staff as a team. They seem to know what each step is and work together accordingly. Today she explained why she believed I needed a guard , I was very reluctant because I do not grind my teeth. Found out it's not just for that reason . It's to protect my new Bridge! Very reasonable since a Bridge is not cheap. So will be getting one at later date. Isaac and Emily both were very nice and efficient. Just is amazing how well they and Dr Behrens work together. Always saying thank you and could you please. I will see them again in a few months and looking forward to it. Each visit, I leave with a better smile. read more

I have been going to Fremont Dental for quite a few years now and the entire dental team and care has always been outstanding. Two thumbs up to Dr. Tina and Danelle who take care of my regular exams and treatments. An extra special thank you to Dr. Emily who took outstanding care of me when I chipped my front tooth and scuffed my front cap of 35 years. She fixed my chipped tooth right there in the office (good as new) and discussed replacing my cap. I was really shaking in my shoes not sure whether I should do the replacement, she explained the procedure and the cost and I decided with her guidance to go ahead and do it, I AM SO GLAD I DID! I wish I would have done it a lot sooner. If you have the same situation as I did, I completely suggest making the change and don't wait or worry like I did. My daughter had an appointment at 3:30. Twenty minute wait in the reception area, another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in and numb her. I understand the wait for the numbing medication to take effect but it was literally an HOUR AND 20 minutes after her appointment time that the procedure began. Not once were we offered an explanation or apology for their lateness. Finally, at 6 pm we left the building . At her previous appointment they gave her 600 mg of Ibuprofen even though I had written in her paper work and told the staff that she cannot take it. When I brought it to their attention that again, she is not to have Ibuprofen, the assistant said "Oh yes, I see that right there. Did we give her some?" I said "yes, at her last appointment." Her response was , "Well...did she get sick or anything?????" Um, yes she did. The assistant then said "Well, there's a slight difference between Ibuprofen and Motrin". Really? Yeah the name. Motrin is a brand name that contains IBUPROFEN. What a joke. read more
