There was a problem with one of my fillings falling out and Dr Hoover was quick to fix the issue. I would recommend getting on their schedule as soon as possible if you're looking for a cleaning. He is absolutely amazing!!!!!  His knowledge, current technology and most of all his compassion for his patients is something that I can't even find words to describe.  I have had a lot of dental work done so I know the good from the bad I have 100% trust in Dr Shnayder and his amazing staff.   The office is absolutely gorgeous!!! The location is easy to find and easy to access. The front desk gals are so down to earth and make you feel at ease the minute you walk in the door. I can not say enough about Amy the surgical assistant.  She takes you back to the procedure room and makes you completely forget that you are there for surgery. The most recent addition that I have dealt with is Dr Nord.  I had a procedure last week and had a few questions over the weekend.  She immediately answered my call, answered my questions and put my mind at ease. At one point I had a filling done and a few days later ended up having the tooth with the filling taken out at the same time as my extremely troublesome wisdom teeth which had to happen at an oral surgeon who doctor Schneider recommended, and the next time I went to back to the dentist she had put a credit for the amount I had paid for that filling since the tooth came out shortly afterwards. It wasn't her fault that my wisdom teeth did such damage. I also know that all members of the staff here are treated very well, most of them have been working together a long time, which is so nice to see! A place with low turnover is always a green flag! The questions they asked were all about my past dental experiences and actually about my anxieties about going to the dentist. The only thing was I think i read the review on the other location having massage chairs and tv screens on the ceilings. Maybe the other chairs may have this but the one i was put in twice didn't. Anyways It was easy and I was surprised how fast I was able to get in as a new client for my dental pain and was then able to Schedule my cleaning a week after (that might have been luck though). Anyways the minute I ran in the front desk ladies were so warm, friendly and bright and even offered a koozy right off the bat. I actually have been to previous offices where I've actually switched providers just bc the front desk/ancillary staff were the absolute worst but not here! The dental hygienist here not only as friendly but understanding and so knowledgeable compared to other places! They are also on top of their covid precautions too! Upon arrival, I was filling out forms and became very uncomfortable with a page of 'fees' based on a variety of scenarios such as calling to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of a scheduled exam. In the past, I have contracted a cold or illness before a scheduled medical appointment. These issues happen but this provider was going to charge you a hefty fee for calling to cancel an appointment 48 hours ahead of time...ridiculous. The one that bothered me the most was the transfer fee if you decided to go to another dental provider. This is when I decided not to use this dental practice. I understand when you fail to show up for an exam but when responsible people are being 'nickeled and dimed' this is where I chose to seek another dental practice.

A major plus for me is that I feel like a patient and not a costumer. There isn't any pressure to buy the most expensive treatment. She just explains your options and lets you make the decision. This is a small office and it doesn't have a high tech feel to it the way some of the chain places do. There aren't any amenities, but I don't come to the dentist for a spa day. I come for treatment with someone who is competent and honest. I feel very lucky that Dr. Belitz is my dentist.
