I hate to dissent from the overall consensus here but my wife and I had a terrible meal here. We ordered a lunch special of a half sandwich and side and soup, which was not of decent value. The french onion soup was good, but the sandwich was some small roast beef portion that used the smallest slice of bread possible with only two or three slices of plain beef. For the price, the portion and overall quality was borderline comical. We also had some shrimp salad that was a bit better, but its the frozen shrimp variety and was not mixed greens as listed on the menu, just lettuce. it was fair, not poor like the sandwich above. I was hoping for good coffee or espresso, but its a fully automatic espresso machine with an aerating frother, so an artisan espresso with quality foam was not gonna happen. We came here roughly seven years ago and loved it. We are so glad it's still around and doing well. Nice spacious location in a Target mall. Had the Crepe Maison, wife had the Crepe with fresh fruit, son had the kids pancakes and side of sausage patties. I thought the Crepe Maison was terrific, the crepe with fruit was not as flavorful, so I can't recommend. Our son loved the pancakes, but found the patties a little greasy and soggy. I ate the patties, they were greasy, but didn't stop me. Service was very slow, but her French accent was irresistible. We didn't eat any pastries this time, but I believe most people were in line just for coffee and pastries. We will be back to the area soon for another meal, this time with dessert! read more

Came here for Sunday Brunch, and since the menu selections weren't too impressive we ended up ordering: ~Roast Beef Sandwich($11.95): the sandwich came in 2 mini french rolls, with lettuce, tomato and slice of Swiss Cheese. I really wished they would've made this a hot sandwich or at least toasted the rolls, as well as season the beef more. ~Biscuit & Gravy($10.95): it came with scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties and cubed potatoes. Very standard in taste. It was a great experience. We were able to choose our own seats when we came in. Very casual environment and the staff was nice. Although, I was a bit taken aback that no one greeted us so bring new to the place, we weren't really sure what to do at first. By 11am, it was already lunch. I had the strawberry crepes and my husband had the mushroom and spinach crepe. Our drinks were our favorites as well. My husband had the fresh squeezed orange juice and I had their home made hot chocolate. The OJ was sweet and refreshing. My husband is usually picky with his orange juice growing up in an orange farm and he loved it. My hot chocolate cane in a pretty big cup. If you like genuine chocolate taste that's more on the dark/bitter side then you'll love it as much as I did. It had just a nice layer of foam and sprinkle of cocoa powder on top. The strawberry crepe had a nice filling of creme and strawberries inside and outside. The crepe itself was nice and soft and just a really good balance altogether. It also had a little bit of strawberry preserve to add on to the texture and overall taste. It was definitely on the sweet side so great for desert or if you just like desert for breakfast like I do. On a different note, I had a taste of the mushroom and spinach crepe which had the nice, soft crepe. The inside was more of a creamy spinach with mushroom bits and sauce. Still more on the sweet side than salty. Serving size is definitely not your typical American but good enough to savor and fill you up. Pricing is also more on your higher norm but I thought was worth to visit and experience. The place itself was filled with beautiful paintings of France and a video of France projecting on the tv. Nice table setting and good for groups. There were beautiful desserts on display but sadly didn't get to try. Maybe on our next visit. The ratatouille crepe could have been great, but it was way too salty. The side salad was skimpy, and the omelette was bland. The frites were soggy and the entire portion was no bigger than a kid's meal. Bread was extra-- who ever heard of eggs served without bread? Good bread is a staple of all Mediterranean food, including French. Not serving bread with eggs is cheap. Come on! Get a life! The cost of 2 egg dishes, 2,lattes, and a dinner roll was $50! Made a special trip to try the pastriesl. Two customers were in line ahead of me for take out bakeries. Restaurant wasn't busy (50% occupied) at 8:45). Two sheets of pastries were on top of the empty cabinet and none on top of the other cabinet. Not a croissant in sight out front but several pans were seen cooling (?) in the back. After a while and nobody approached the counter one of the customers began physically examining the exposed product, first by rotating and lifting full pans off the cabinet and moving them around to see them better. Began leaning over them and leaning down on top of them to examine them from that angle. Did this to both full trays and then put them back. Did it again as nobody had come to serve us. Person in front of me was equally concerned as there were no covers on the food. Person then wiped her nose and picked up one of the trays and repeated her examination in an unsupervised manner. A staff person finally appeared and served her. He observed the customer replacing the tray and asked her if she wanted anything. One other staff person was observing all of this and did nothing to protect sanitation of the food. I left, chose not to eat any of their food and will not return. read more

Bonjour. That's exactly what the lovely lady said as she greeted us into the cafe. I've been here before and loved those yummy little macaroons. So this time, as we were driving between home and some purchases, we decided to swing by for a drink and dessert. Fidela was with us, so we had to introduce her to a little bit of France. I really love this place. The pastries and breads here are so good. All three of us ordered some lattes. Bon also ordered a pastry and Fidi and I some vanilla eclairs. Sat on a high table and just chatted while sipping our lattes and nibbling our goodies. Nice music playing in the background made it even better. And just listening to the young ladies French accent was the cherry on top. They have a menu that I sadly have not even taken a gander at. But, the aromas out of the kitchen were, mmm, good. We went right before they closed and were surprised to find that this was an actual sit down restaurant. We asked if we could just order dessert, and a nice waitress directed to the glass cases lined with pastries. Macaroons, eclairs, cakes, croissants, and more. I wanted to try everything, and luckily were able to try a lot because they offer mini versions of a lot of pastries. Mini mixed berry tart, mini eclair, and mini triple chocolate cake. Caution with allergies! On Feb/7/2020, we ordered banana chocolate crepes. Thank God, my husband is not a big fan of chocolate and asked for it to be placed aside. Oh and the French onion soup was particularly well done, tons of oniony flavor without any excess of salt. On the sweeter side, the selection of individual cakes all looked great.
