My thoughtful and loving husband ordered flowers from here for Valentines Day, as Natural Simplicity is very close to my workplace. The flowers were delivered by 1pm on Valentines Day and are absolutely gorgeous. They were displayed elegantly in a high quality vase and were artfully arranged. When I asked my husband about his experience, he said that the owner, Mario, worked very closely with him to pick out a unique set of flowers that I liked, and that would say "I love you" without being the cliched red roses. I ended up getting a beautiful arrangement of white lillies, pink tulips, fresia, peach roses and hydrangea. The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous, came with a high quality card... Came here in the morning to pick up some flowers before heading off to LAX to pick up someone special. The place was opened early in the morning and people are nice. Parking was easy as it's a plaza. I paid $25 for a nice combo and flowers were fresh. Definitely recommend this place over others in the area unless you can find local vendors for cheap and your partner won't complain. read more

El Segundo must be a tiny town or something because the florist knew both who my MIL was and where she worked. Awesome! Additionally awesome was the beautiful orchid plant with live succulents arrangement that I arranged to have delivered for $75 plus tax. They delivered on the day I asked, MIL was super pleased. The florist later sent me beautiful pictures of the arrangement. I liked that I could have also chosen a potted orchid plant in a mason jar with an arrangement of fresh flowers around the base; when the fresh flowers were spent, the recipient could then remove the orchid plant and discard the flowers. read more

I wanted to send flowers to my friend's home for a memorial service. I called on Friday and asked if they could deliver an arrangement on Saturday. I told them I wanted them to use whatever flowers were the freshest, preferably in certain colors. The man I spoke with said he goes to the flower market every day and could deliver an arrangement on Saturday morning. The next morning my friend received the flowers, and I saw them today - they are absolutely stunning! I called this morning at 9am to get a floral arrangement designed and delivered today for my wife to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I can't say enough good things about Marisa and Mario. They both are so pleasant and very easy to work with and they made the entire process extremely enjoyable. I love their concept and their designs and when I first went in to talk to them, I figured they would be way out of my budget but happily, not so! Mario is very knowledgeable about flowers and worked closely with me to design exactly what I wanted (color-wise and type-wise). He even traipsed around town to find the perfect arch for my budget, spray painted it and then taught me how to decorate it with flowers for the big day. That was because we got married down in San Diego and so everything had to be transported down there - something that didn't faze them for a minute. They put all the flowers in special water holders and packed everything up to be picked up and transported without any problems. They were lovely and easygoing about everything and spent time just chatting with both my husband AND my mom when she came in to meet them. Marisa worked closely with me to make sure everything was within budget and they both were very responsive and professional. And the final result? STUNNING FLOWERS. I loved them!!
