    Nails suppose to be red.

This was always my favorite salon. I asked for matching dip set on my hand which was suppose to be red, but turned out black. The owner demanded that I pay for the incorrect color and come in again to get it fixed which I was responsible for the bill again to fix their correction. I have been a customer for over 3 years so I'm deeply disappointed this happened.

    Gel manicure (Monday)

I'm not a big review writer - however, this entire 2-day experience has been absolutely terrible. I went to this nail salon for a gel manicure with my wife on a Monday around 2pm. I called ahead and asked if they had time for us, they said yes. We got there at 2:02pm, I was finished before 2:15, she was finished by 2:20. I have never been so rushed before and my nails looked horrible but I paid and left. I ended up going back an hour later asking for a refund because I was so unhappy. They refused a refund but said they would fix them and asked me to come back the next day (Tuesday at 3pm). No problem, I'll let them fix this. I arrived Tuesday at 3:05pm, was done by 3:30pm. My nails look better, but definitely not good. I am sad to have to write this & will not be back. See attached pics (purple from Monday apt and blue from Tuesday apt).

I went in here last week and left feeling like I have the best experience at a quickie nail salon that I've ever had but after my gel came off after a week ( typical for me ). I noticed none of my cuticle was cut and only my proximal nail fold was cut an now my fingers are rough dry and peeling . Makes you wonder if they actually went to school for Nails? I'm not complaining about the dry condition of the actual nail because that's what Joe polish does, this review was mainly due to the cuticle and the damage now done to my fingers I wish I had a before picture because my fingers did not look like that at all

Went there a few years ago and really liked them until they messed my nails up and I called and emailed the owner and got no response. I tried to give them another chance a little over a week ago and 3 days after getting a gel manicure every single one of my nails peeled off. I dont work anywhere that is hard on my nails and other places the gel last 2-3 weeks easily. I will not be going back.

I am not a nail person. I've had my nails done ONCE in my entire life, and have never ever had a pedicure because I do not like anyone looking at or touching my feet. BUT. I was getting married, and I figured that ring pictures would be coming, so my hands should probably not look like those of a 60 yr old smoking truck driver. So I wanted acrylics, but had no idea where to go. My friend recommended Stone House Salon, and I'm SO glad she did. I was promptly met by Rosie, who immediately made me feel like the most important person in the world. She was sweet and bubbly and kept saying that she wanted me to feel special since I was getting married. Yes, I realize that it's a "sell" technique, but there's something genuine and sweet about Rosie - she really WAS excited for me. Rosie gave me the most beautiful acrylics and made adjustments as I requested as we went along. They really came out perfect and beautiful! I also had a pedicure, and I am now a big fan. Even with my never-before-touched feet, she made them look gorgeous! Lynn took care of my stepdaughter, and gave her a beautiful mani-pedi and threw in some extras for free to make HER feel special too. One of my bridesmaids also came with us, and the three of us left there extremely happy and well taken-care of. The price was affordable and definitely competitive with other area businesses. I highly recommend Rosie, Lynn, and the Stone House Salon & Spa to anyone looking to feel special and pampered! :)

I can't say enough good things about the beautiful Sia who works here!!! My nails were in terrible shape before I started seeing her on a regular basis. I wish I had a before picture... She has helped me take care of my nails and they are amazing now. I won't go anywhere else for shellac! Thank you Stone House Salon and Sia!

Excellent, fast, and efficient "dip" manicure from Kelly. Love their new location. Didn't get to check out separate pedicure area in the rear. Salon was clean and modern. Will return.

Very sloppy job on my nails and very rough. Bleeding cuticles, thank goodness no infection, but once was enough.

The atmosphere is so peaceful, luxurious, clean, and incredibly chic while still feeling warm and welcoming. As a postpartum mom, I've been battling hormonal acne and congestion, and Julianna gave me such an amazing experience from start to finish with my first Hydrafacial. She was incredibly kind, sensitive, compassionate, encouraging, and positive. She truly listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, boosted my confidence, and understood my needs throughout the entire appointment. Julianna is hands down one of the best estheticians I've ever experienced, with such a warm and amazing personality. I'm a singer/artist constantly under stage lights, cameras, heavy makeup, and performing, and this gave me such a huge boost of confidence going into a full weekend of performances. I genuinely have not felt my skin feel this calm, smooth, and uncongested in YEARS. I highly recommend Skin & Body Spa and especially Julianna. I genuinely cannot wait to go back next month. She even gave me a run down of my current skin and suggestions for what my game plan should be for a new skin routine moving forward. The hydro facial itself was satisfying! I loved the suction wand that removed all the gross clogage from my pores. It felt so relieving afterwards and the final after facial feeling was incredible. I felt like two years of crap was removed from my pores! I will definitely return for more routine facials in the future!

Three people came out (of which the space is very small and dark), and they spoke amongst each other to see who would take who and for which service (head hydromassage and body massage - 60 minutes each). I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.

Every movement felt intentional--no rushing, no discomfort, just steady, focused care. What sets Red Lotus apart is the sense of legitimacy and safety. They asked for my full name when booking, confirmed via text, and treated me with total respect throughout the entire process. You won't get any of the vague, uncomfortable energy you might've felt at less reputable places. This is the real deal--professional massage therapy with soul. At $156 for 90 minutes, it's not only worth every penny, it's a better value than many of the places that charge more and give you less. If you're looking for true, grounded, respectful care, book with Donna. You'll walk out lighter, clearer, and feeling like your body actually belongs to you again.

I have not had terrible experience with Massage Envy at Nashua, though once I got an inexperienced therapist and for that I took off 1 star. The cost went up with any notice, so that was a turn-off for me but I wonder if it's just a corporate thing that the branch may not have a lot control over. I wish I would get a balance of my hours at the end of each month or each visit. That would be great for someone like me who does not necessary use their monthly hour and tend to save up hours for longer sessions.

My daughter…read morepurchased a $100 gift card for her mother, only to discover that the gift card cannot actually be used unless the recipient provides a credit card to keep on file. Think about that for a moment: the service has already been paid for, yet they still refuse to honor the gift card unless they collect additional financial information. I've never encountered another legitimate business with a policy like this. If someone buys a gift card, that gift card should be sufficient payment--period. Requiring customers to hand over their credit card details before they'll accept a prepaid gift card is unreasonable and raises serious concerns about why they need that information in the first place. Whether the goal is to pressure customers into spending more than the gift card's value or simply to collect payment information, it's an anti-consumer policy that destroys trust. If you don't want to be pressured into providing your credit card information just to redeem a gift that's already been paid for, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
