Shitty service! Josh baker stole from me! Not worth the time or effort of saving your money, go to…read morea real mechanic. Josh runs his "shop" from his home so he'll make excuse after excuse.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Josh Baker is a scammer. The phone number listed online is his own…read morepersonal phone. Not professional at all. He is the only one in this "business" and runs it out of his home not a shop. Asked me how much money I had to see if he was "waisting his time".He offered to help fix my breaks when originally he said he was just going to come over to check out my situation. Apparently I needed a new water pump. Keep in mind my car has been sitting for a year and not many people have been able to get it up and running for me. Me and my girlfriend are broke college students, so getting money to repair a car isn't easy. Gave this guy $435 for parts and additionally my battery that he was supposed to change out for me because it was draining and come back the following day with it. Never happened. Called multiple times and texted multiple times. "Lost his phone" for almost 24 hours before responding. Told me to be patient after taking my money. Was nothing but nice and still was treated like shit. He has a "discount" from autozone and Orileys but will tell you the employee at an establishment ordered the wrong parts or for the wrong car. Don't test your luck because you will be screwed. He attempted to get even more money out of us and we have filed a police report due to this so called business man. Receipts and everything were kept. He may be able to do simple things , but he is by no means a man nor a real mechanic. A con artist that uses people's life situations, and makes them even worse. Me and my girlfriend are out so much money. We even had an agreement and he didn't follow through. A pussy ass thing to do. Don't do business with this guy as a whole bc it is not a real business. He is a bitch if you will. Neglects everything you ask and tries to steal everything you have. We are out a car with no battery and $435 worth of parts. Don't be stupid or naive and use the benefit of doubt no matter the stories. Don't take the risk no matter how desperate. Save and do it properly. This was not an experience, this is a nightmare. This is my 8th repost because he deletes like a little bitch Everyone needs to know what you did and will do to others. Two can play at this bud.

We had our Toyota towed to this ridiculously bad shop after the brakes failed. A $1600+ repair…read morelater, the brakes failed again after fewer than 15 miles. We unwisely let them try again under their one-year repair warranty. Total brakes failure again within 20 miles. They offered- laughably- to try a third time. No refund, of course. Another shop fixed our brakes with none of the problems Master's Touch told us caused the repeated failures. Meanwhile, they demanded $300 to replace our battery, asked $200 for a "hard to find" license plate mount for my kid's car ($20 on amazon), and took weeks to turn over the money they got when they sold her wrecked car for us. Do not trust these clowns or their warranty.

I can't say enough good things about Master's Touch in St. Peters, Missouri…read more On the Friday before the holiday, they agreed to take a look at my car as a walk-in when it started acting up. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Zane came outside immediately, checked my oil, and then offered to run diagnostic codes on the car. He took the time to explain the report, reassured me that the car was safe to drive, and--with absolutely no pressure--simply asked whether I'd like to schedule an appointment to have it checked further or wait to see if the issue happened again. When I offered to pay, he told me there was no charge. I even tried to give him a tip to buy lunch, and he politely declined, saying the only thing he wanted was for me to tell others about the business. Service like this is incredibly rare these days. I wish I lived closer, but I'm honestly considering making the 40-minute drive to have them become my regular mechanic because trustworthy, honest shops like this are hard to find. I can't recommend Master's Touch highly enough. If you're looking for a mechanic you can truly trust, this is the place to go!
