This food is amazing!!! We pulled into town late in the evening. We walked in and ordered food to go and then checked in to the hotel right near the restaurant. By the time we got back, the food was just about done and ready for us. We took it up to the room and we we thrilled to find out it was AMAZING. I have been here four times. The management needs to hire more servers. I have had decent service one time out of the four (I don't blame the servers as they must have too many tables to oversee). The food is decent but not worth the money. You will pay $11-20 for a burger, personal pizza, or entree. Simply not up to the level it should be. The lemonade is awesome (but you will be waiting for a refill every time). The pasta is good. The steak is good. The chicken sandwiches are served on a dry, hard, tasteless bun. Never had a burger. The pancakes on Saturday morning are awesome but you will wait an unreasonable amount of time getting more of them (allegedly "all you can eat"... should be named "all you are willing to wait for"... for me, it was two pancakes in about 35 minutes). You could go from a "good" restaurant to a "great" if you just addressed your service issues and paid a little more attention to the food. oh my this pizza place had so much potential, and yet didn't make the mark. Positives, the service was great, the restaurant was immaculate, and the flavored lemonade quite yummy, and on a VERY snowy day, the proximity to our hotel was a God send. However the titles of their pizzas and descriptions were mouthwatering, the pizza itself was blah. The crust had no flavor, pineapple was canned, Canadian bacon and pepperoni were supermarket quality, and the "zesty" sauce wasn't zesty at all. Like I said, it had potential but failed. I was inside the restaurant for 10 minutes, had at least 6 or 7 people look me in the eyes and not a single person spoke to me. I waited to be sat for 3 minutes (doesn't sound long but it is when you have several people notice you're there) and after a few people walked past me I decided to seat myself, after sitting down there were at least two servers who walked past me twice and never said a thing. I'm now sitting at Applebees around the corner and they've been a dream. I have had great pizzas here and sad breakfasts- and then the same thing flipped. The problem is that the quality of the food is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it comes out hot and perfectly seasoned, other times cold and bland. This is a super cool restaurant that makes you feel like you are somewhere far from Rexburg when you go...but the food is just so hit or miss. I think it can definitely be turned around and become the "IT" place in Rexburg. If you do go (and you should still give it a shot at least once!), make sure to get the bottomless lemonades in every flavor you dare. read more

This place was great. My wife and I were staying next door so we thought we would give it a shot. We ordered way to much food for the two of us but everything looked good so we wanted to try some stuff. I started with an order of Buffalo Wings which was a special and my wife ordered the cheese bread. Wings were good but the cheese bread, OMG. Amazing. So much cheese and not just mozzarella, a good flavorful blend. It was nice and garlicky too. So delicious. Then my wife got a chicken Cesar Salad and I got the apple Walnut salad. Wife salad came with a tasty full fresh grilled breast. Both salads were very fresh and the dressing were good. Best part, this place is very reasonably priced. A lot of food for the money. Bad experience with an order customized to be vegetarian. My wife and I ordered two of the same dishes for takeout, one with and another without meat. We got home and the both had chicken, despite the special instructions in the order. I drove back and they replaced the order but we discovered it again had chicken after driving to get the replacement and taking it home (I should have checked before I left, but assumed they would be more careful). I end up going a third time to replace the order. They replaced the order with a used to go box, and at first glance it seemed like it was meatless. By the time my wife went to eat it, we quickly realized they just picked out the meat, as small bits remained. Very disappointed, and I would advise against eating here if you have dietary restrictions, as they don't seem to take them seriously. read more

As far as classes restaurants go, Rexburg has few. Fresco is exactly what Rexburg needed, something fresh. The atmosphere is very inviting and has great decorations. The menu is simple and not overwhelming. All of the items sound delicious and make it hard to choose. I went with the Fresco pizza. Chloe allowed two tired parents and their 6&7 year girls, to eat our Togo order outside in their patio section; 5 minutes before they closed. She even served us water. WOW! I love Fresco! Thy have about 15 or so different flavors of lemonade that have unlimited refills for a very reasonable price. Their BBQ Chicken sandwich is one of the best things on their menu and also happens to be on the of cheapest! The Fresco fries are delicious and come with some very tasty fry sauce. Their pizza is also very good and quite filling despite what you expect for the price you pay. The waiters are great!
