Okay.... Around the 15 min mark we went in and it took at lease 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Someone asked why I was there I said a pick up order they said they'd go check on it and never came back. 10mins later I talked to another server who said the same thing-- Left and never came back. Finally a third person asked me if I'd already been helped and when I said yes they just walked away. I eventually just left. 15 mins later they called me to tell me my food was ready. I don't understand why they make such a big deal about going to ask the kitchen how long the food will take only for it to take double the time than the kitchen said. I originally thought it was a one off but when we went back today it was the exact same experience. It's the most odd experience and you will walk away feeling like a burden to their service. I don't think we'll be back despite how good the food is.
