Unfortunately, we don't remember which concourse we were in, but Freshens seemed like the best option. the item we offered, pictured below, was tastier and more filling than we expected, so we were pleased. not sure how sanitary the worker was, but sometimes, you have to go with the flow when there aren't enough options. Can't even remember the name of the item! We'd been up for far too many hours....

Three hour layover in Atlanta, GA and my plane just got delayed another hour. I noticed a pattern - every time I fly to Atlanta I have no delays, however, flying from Atlanta there is always a delay (s). Yes I deserve a treat! Then I see a Freshens, which they used to have in the Austin airport. I purchased a strawberry frozen yogurt with mangos, pineapples and peaches. The server told me that the mangos were frozen and to pick another fruit. So I decided to get double peaches. When I began eating my frozen yogurt and I noticed that my peaches were frozen also. Apparently, frozen fruit are good for smoothies. I would think that they would have frozen fruits for smoothies and fresh fruits for for toppings. Although my dessert treat was disappointing, I still remained zen. Airport concourse was overall low key and chill.

Fast service , price is ok and the crepe was good. It's also nice to see them preparing it.

I was in the mood for something sweet and came across this place. It's in Concourse D. I ordered my yogurt from a touchscreen and paid with tap to pay. Four minutes later my name was called. The mangoes and the peaches are frozen, but it was exactly what I needed. Not too sweet, quick service. My order came out to $7.75 before tax

To be fair, I did remove several toppings from my order, so the salad was a bit on the simpler side. That said, I really appreciated how quickly it was prepared, especially given the location and the fact that my flight was about to board. Even with fewer ingredients, it was an okay salad and did the job in a pinch.

Good quick food imbetween flights for my layover! They ran out of the pesto so went with this option... think it was a yummy healthy option since haven't really ate real food all day and the froyo would be good to try also!

Friendly employees who helped me choose what smoothie to get relatively fast... main downside is the smoothie is extremely sweet. $11.81 one size only.

My mom and I came here during a layover. We were looking for something fast and filling. There are so many options here! I see this place that sells crepes and knew instantly that's what I wanted! I chose the chicken bacon crepe. Then my mom decided to follow suit in getting a crepe from here but a chipotle chicken one instead. They made it instantly. It was fulfilling and just the perfect amount of food. It was about $12-13 so I think the price was fair. The crepe itself was delicious but a little too salty for my personal liking.

I tried freshens at concourse D on Saturday afternoon. I tried their Thai chicken rice bowl. The employees who were working there were completely distracted and I had to call them a few times before I got their attention. One of them carelessly took my order and the other one unwillingly got up from her chair and started preparing the rice bowl. Everything in the rice bowl tasted salty and the rice was undercooked. It had small bits of salty chicken and no flavor whatsoever. I paid over $14 for an unsatisfying meal.

Wait...Nutella crepe...I am in. Also enjoyed the Peanut Butter smoothie. This is a more appealing and better option than the usual airport junk food. All women crew who were very courteous and efficient. Well done.

Hatsfield Atlanta airport -- Near Gate 25 Terminal A. Shake shack nearby plus Atlanta bread company on opposite end of gate A and chick fila & Boars head in the middle. I took Thai rice bowl with chicken. It was just ok. More rice and big more intense flavor. Açaí energy smoothie was good.

I don't understand why these reviews are so low. Employees were working hard and polite beyond belief. Quick service, simple tasty food. Protein shake was good. Worth the quick service they offer. Vibe is sky high.

To be honest, this is exactly what I thought it would be. There's this same spot in Fairfax, Va that I really enjoyed visiting back in college. I stopped by here before catching my flight - super quick and convenient. I went for my classic order that I've been getting for years, and I scarfed it down, haha.

Fast service and delicious smoothies. The vibe is fun with everyone waiting for their 8 hour delayed flight .

One thing I really loved was the photo booth outside in the parking garage--it was such a fun touch and made the visit even more memorable. The only downside was the parking. Unless you're lucky enough to find street parking, you'll have to park in the garage, which wasn't my favorite. Other than that, everything was great. The bartender was incredibly kind and patient, especially since I'm very picky about drinks. She helped me choose one that I ended up loving. The atmosphere inside was also really nice, with a fun and welcoming vibe. I'd definitely come back!

SUPER unimpressed with my visit here…read more Based on the decor, especially the photo area in the parking deck and the fake flower arch outside, my first impression was that this was going to be a "TikTok trap": a restaurant focused more on aesthetics than food or service. Unfortunately, that impression ended up being accurate. It took forever for our food to come out. The parties around us were clearly frustrated as well. I watched one table become visibly irritated, while another guest stopped a server to ask if the food being carried out was theirs because they had apparently been waiting over an hour. As the wait dragged on, I started paying closer attention to the decor, which I personally found tacky and gimmicky, especially the fake greenery hanging across the ceiling. The fried green tomatoes and sweet heat wings were really good, and I started to rethink my initial assessment of the restaurant. Everything went downhill from there. My "Rich Boy" sandwich itself was good, but it came with completely unseasoned fries. When I mentioned that I was supposed to have the "Rolex" fries, the server told me the plain fries were what I got. After clarifying with another server, they brought out the actual "Rolex" fries, which appeared to just be fries with a little parmesan and parsley on top. Supposedly they were truffle fries, but there wasn't even a hint of truffle flavor. My partner ordered the veggie sausage, which was overcooked and dry. Their eggs came out over easy instead of over medium, and the "signature grits" were more like cream cheese with a little bit of grits mixed in. We were told more grits would be brought out, but they never came. Another person in my party ordered the Southern seafood pasta, which had literally one piece of spinach in it. When she asked about it, the server responded that there was "more spinach coming." At that point, it became clear that Barney's is selling the illusion of luxury in order to justify premium prices for subpar food and service. It really was a TikTok trap after all. To make matters worse, when the check came, we were charged an additional $1.50 for eggs that already came with the meal. The explanation was that the eggs "came from the shell." Others in my party were also charged extra for liquor on top of the listed menu price for their drinks. Overall, I absolutely did not enjoy my experience here, and I will not be returning. Oh, and that other party that was visibly irritated with the wait had to wait even longer because there was a hair in their food.

The cucumber mint lemonade was AMAZING. Too bad it's $4 for a small glass with no refills. Now for the rest... they were out of fries, which normally come with the burger, but I was charged an extra $3 to substitute Brussels sprouts. The server never mentioned there would be an upcharge. I only found out when I got the bill. When I questioned it, she basically said she couldn't control the system. My issue isn't even the $3. If you're out of the side that comes with the meal, customers shouldn't have to pay extra for a replacement. And I definitely don't appreciate surprise charges on my bill. I had my child with me, so I wasn't about to go back and forth over $3. I paid it and kept it moving. Another surprise was that they don't offer free water. If you want water, you have to buy a bottle. Between paying for parking, paying for bottled water, and no drink refills, the little charges started adding up. I felt "nickled and dimed." The music couldn't decide what vibe it wanted. One minute we could talk normally, and the next minute we were basically at a concert. There was also a leak in the ceiling, and near the restrooms there was a smell that reminded me of old wet towels. On the positive side, the host was amazing. He was super personable and welcoming. They also turn those tables over FAST. By the time we paid, our dishes were gone and the table was already cleaned and ready for the next group. The food is what saved this review. There were just too many little things that took away from what could've easily been a 5-star experience.
