I've known about Freshëns the last two times I was at the airport and was always craving something else to eat. This time, my sister and I decided to stop by here and try it for brunch. They sell savory and sweet crepes along with smoothies. It's a pretty popular spot too. A line formed behind us and it didn't die down during the lunch hour. My sister got the Denver crepe while I got the Southwest. They were missing a couple ingredients in hers...but I think the staff person was overwhelmed since she had to run both the register and make the food. The food was fresh though! Tasted delicious and not greasy at all. It's one of the healthier choices at the airport. Food is ready fast! The crepe is pre made but they warm it up as they add in the ingredients that go inside it. They didn't have napkins here so that was a bummer. Literally this place is the worst. The restaurant Lemonade connected to it has the most disengaged staff I've ever seen. They don't even give you what you order, just what they want you to have. Claim they "can't do" refunds. I ordered a raspberry mint lemonade that is literally red on the photo. My receipt shows a Classic and the drink tastes like a basic pink lemonade. My fiancée got a smoothie and crepe from here and it was pretty solid. The crepe was BBQ chicken and the flavor and consistency of the chicken was very very good. The smoothie however, was solid 5 stars. It is what is boosting this review. It had peach, pineapple, strawberries and orange I think and was sweet and light and refreshing. Just what we needed during a carb heavy travel day where we wanted some fruit. Huge portion for $7 smoothie and crepe was decent. Would buy another smoothie from here for sure. read more

I wanted something quick and somewhat healthy before my flight. The only option available was the stuffed crepes, which was fine. I ordered the tomato basil crepe and it came out quickly. It was just a mess to eat. The crepe got soggy very fast and I felt like the flavor of the crepe didn't vibe well with the savory ingredients inside. The service people at this location were very helpful. Unfortunately the vendor has decided to go to a electronic menu selection for items which are totally unfamiliar to me. Choosing items on the fly without any human assistance is not easy to do. Fortunately one of them asked if I'd like to try the sauce I was going to get and I was able to switch to a much better choice thank you. I love this place. It's great food in the airport. I always get a savory chicken pesto crepe. The food is freshly made and hot and is made quickly. The people are friendly. I'm not so keen of ordering at a kiosk - but it worked easily and they took credit cards. I look forward to it when I head through ATL. read more

I threw it in the trash right in front of them, they did not care at all. It is more like a dry tortilla, and for anyone who has had fresh Crêpes knows, that is now how they are supposed to taste. Next I paid $11 for the Nutella crêpe... well imagine a knife dollop of Nutella on a tortilla and you'll get the same experience. This was probably the worst service I have ever received. the young girl there was extremely rude, and answered a phone call as I began to order. The way she looked at me for just standing and smiling there was awful, I should've walked away! Such a bummer. the smoothie itself was pretty watery and artificial as well. Ordered a smoothie, and waited 15 minutes for it. This is a review of the one in the food court in the E terminal. They make the smoothies and crepes in front of you and I watched three other ATL workers come up to the counter, joke around with the two staff members behind the counter, and then get smoothies given to them for free. There were about four people waiting for crêpes and smoothies who were not getting their orders either. Multiple people came back to the counter to complain about the wait and wrong orders given to them. We waited patiently and watched all this happen but it did get frustrating after about 10 minutes of sitting there empty-handed. Giving it one extra star because the smoothie tastes good. But this review is about my experience with the smoothies. I had to wait for quite a bit, and then I ordered a large smoothie. While waiting for my smoothie, I noticed that it was mostly (like another review mentioned) syrup with some fruit, and a lot of ice. My smoothie tasted pretty icy with some hints of sweetness from the syrup and the fruit. I would not recommend the smoothies here, but I might try the crepes if I happen to be in the Atlanta airport again. read more
