I visited this location for the first time on 07/26/25. The service was horrible, they were rude and completely ignored Customers and their questions. They did not get my order correct and they were very overpriced. Now for the food itself was nasty. The simplest thing I ordered was wings. I requested it to be extra crispy but it was undercooked. They just gave me whatever they decided to keep the line moving. We were just a number and not treated like actual paying customers. The Second time I ordered from here...... my boneless hot wings were soggy. As if I ordered them yesterday and warmed them back up. The fries were weird. Those fries are like dollar tree fries. WOW!! There are few late night food options in Atlanta beyond pizza, so I was beyond thrilled to find Sweet & Fresh their extensive menu. Our takeout service at 12am midnight tonight was excellent! The food arrived early and hot. The fries were fresh and not limp with saturated grease. My Beyond Burger was actually seasoned and had luscious green leaf lettuce and fresh tomato instead of the expected wilted iceberg lettuce. My ginger mango iced tea was wrapped and in a sturdy, reusable plastic cup. My partner and I couldn't believe how well prepared and fresh the food was. The grilled chicken tastes very hard and I'm pretty sure they cooked it frozen. When ordering the lady at the cashier didn't pay attention to me when I walked in so I had to call out to her. I had to tell her what I wanted to order like 3 times to get her to understand. They don't allow dine ins or refunds or even to correct a mistake for your order so if you are settling for this time for a late night meal, I would approach with caution. If I could give the place 0 stars, I would. There is nothing good I have to say about this place. I got the Strawberry mango fruit tea and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever drank. Just because it's a strawberry mango fruit tea, it doesn't mean that it is warranted to put whole orange and strawberry slices in the drink. The drink was also super bitter and odd tasting which left a sour taste in my mouth. On top of it all, I had to wait 20 long minutes for it because only one worker was working on our tea order. Finally, the overall ambiance of the place isn't all that welcoming either. The restaurant wasn't clean and I even read signs that said "old milk" and "new milk".
