It started off pretty well. Sam followed up and assured me there was no water involved in cleaning; which I specifically requested! He starts with the chair cleaning and after he cleaned the chair it was fully soaked. I said there is overspray on my hardwood floors and he said, it will not hurt your hardwoods, to which I replied, I do not want water on my hardwood floors, and I followed along with a towel to clean up the water.
He said that there would be a different process on the rug..I let him continue although I was skeptical.
He brought in a container which
was a container that you would use for bug or weed spray. He sprayed a "wet" solution on my rug, again, which I questioned. Then he brought a machine in that simply had brushes on it and supposedly cleaned it. There was no suction on this machine, so all he was doing was spinning the dirt around. Again, I questioned this too, he said "do not worry it will be very clean when I finished," well, it was not! I reached out to him the day after he cleaned the chair and the rug and told him I was not satisfied with the cleaning and I wanted to reschedule a re-clean, silence. No response back. I cleaned the traffic area myself on my hands and knees and there was dirt when I wiped with a cloth, obviously, my rug was not properly cleaned.
Don't waste your hard earned money on this cleaning service, Sam was nice enough but I wasted $155.00 on two items that have to be redone. read more
