Speaking of parking, there are a few stalls to the right, before the entrance to the establishment that looks like an old gas station. Just be mindful of the signs and when doubling parking, look out to see who's parking before/after you, so that you can find them if you need to leave/move your car. When entering the shop, the cashier and ordering area is immediately to your right. All in all, the ceviche is top notch and I will come back again and again to eat that OG tostada!

It was quite warm inside since it was open air and there was no AC. Da OG Tostada: My first time eating a tostada with ceviche. The shrimp is raw and it was mixed with some veggies. The ceviche was not bad. It was fresh and didn't have a fishy smell. There is a tangy flavor from the lime but that was it. Not much impact from the overall flavor. The corn tortilla was crispy and good. Fish Tacos: There were 3 thick pieces of fish with two flour tortillas. The fish were good, nicely battered and golden crispy. There wasn't much pico de gallo so we used some of the ceviche on it. The slaw and chipotle aioli were good. Overall, a pretty good seafood place. We came right at the opening hour and they were already busy with the tables almost full. There was also a line. The staff were friendly. The foods also came out quickly. It was a good place for lunch, either dine-in or take out. Definitely will be returning to try their other dishes.

I told him it was my first time there and asked him to make me the best roll he could. He prepared it right in front of me, which I appreciated because I'm very particular about food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation. I was impressed by the preparation and couldn't wait to dig in! The Hamachi Roll was excellent! Oversized, generously loaded with fresh fish, and finished with just the right amount of spicy kick. And at $15, it was so filling that I was completely satisfied! Ambiance was definitely lively cause you're literally in a market. Definitely a great first impression. I'll be back to try more of their menu!

Our server was incredibly sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making it easy to choose what to order. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, and every dish was cooked to perfection. We genuinely had zero complaints from start to finish! The food, service, and overall atmosphere made for such a great dining experience. What I love most is that it feels like a more elevated restaurant without being overly priced. Everything was completely worth it, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving Herringbone Waikiki a try!

And a really pretty room. This visit I was accompanied by my oyster loving friend Uli so 2 dozen oyster got us going. They were plump and creamy if not super big and of course fresh and briny! YUM! We also ordered the Brussels sprouts (delish), the ahi tacos (subtle and sublime) and we each had a baha taco (meaty and cones with a little peppery kick). The bar tender was sweet and attentive. Of course I shall return.
