I was watching a TV show when they showed a seafood boil, and that instantly triggered a craving...next thing I knew, I wanted Kickin Kajun. Of course, I couldn't just think about myself, so I ran it by my partner and he was on board. When we got there, we originally planned to order the combo for two, but we decided to go big or go home and got the platter that serves 3-4 people. Everything was amazing. I tried to save carbs for last, but the rice soaked in the Dungeness crab sauce really hit the spot. I almost tapped out lol, my head nearly fell onto the table...so we boxed the rest up and I'll be enjoying it all over again tomorrow. Great deal, amazing food, and top-tier service. Best staff ever! ;)

Out of this world customer service! My husband and I enjoyed a dinner here to celebrate our 13th Wedding Anniversary. Many of the other patrons looked like they were also on dates or celebrating special occasions. There is a paid parking lot with an attendant adjacent to the restaurant or you can park in a metered stall along the street. We paid $1 to park in the lot during dinner. This restaurant is ADA accessible. We brought a gift card with us our sister had given to us as a gift for a birthday. Unfortunately when they scanned it to pay, it was not working. However the staff were so kind and went above and beyond calling the gift card company the next day to get to the bottom of why it was not working. We would like to thank all of the staff for your assistance, especially Jenny, and for making us feel like valued customers. In the end they found the problem and issued us a new gift card. We will be glad to return for our next special occasion and use the gift card then.

First time to this location on Keaaumoku. It's definitely a great feeling to know that the quality of the food and service is excellent and consistent with the location in Kapolei. We enjoyed our food and the service was awesome.

We made a reservation for our party of 4 on Thanksgiving Day for 6:30 PM. Once we got to the restaurant, we were able to be seated promptly and I was really glad that we called ahead because all of the tables were filled! We took a few minutes to decide what we wanted and our waiter was so friendly and answered any questions we had. After we placed our order, our food came out within 10 minutes. - Snow Crab Legs Combo (5/5): We got this combo with the Signature Kickin' Sauce with mild spice because I was worried it would be too spicy. However, it wasn't as spicy as I thought, so if we pay a visit next time, I'll opt in for the medium spice level. The snow crab legs were cooked to perfection and so were the shrimps, clams, and mussels. This combo also came with 2 rice bowls, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of corn, and 2 potatoes. - Garlic Fries (5/5): Very yummy and garlicky. The fries were nice and crispy. A perfect addition to our seafood combo. The price was really worth it for the amount of seafood we got; the combo was $77 and the fries were $10. Service was great and the waiters were very attentive, constantly coming by to check on us and to see if we needed more water. Thank you Kickin Kajun!

This is our favorite seafood boil place. The service is always on point and the food comes out quick. We always order the snow crab combo, no mussels sub extra shrimp with their medium spice signature sauce. It always hits the spot. The restaurant has a ton of seating and they have a full bar. They can get really busy but you can check in to the waiting list on yelp so I highly recommend doing that.

Favorable, tasty, and fresh, especially the Kauai prawns($4.00 extra for upgrade) package for two.

Favorable, tasty, and fresh, especially the Kauai prawns($4.00 extra for upgrade). The combination package with king crab for two. A little disappointed with the size of the king crab legs. They were just a I little bigger than the size of snow crab legs; in fact, I have eaten snow crab legs that are larger. Overall, pretty good experience to enjoy uniquely flavored (with their special sauce) seafood combination.

Where to even start because five stars is not enough for this place. If I could give it 10 and above I definitely would! Came down for some seafood boil with my family to celebrate my birthday. The staff was extremely friendly and above and beyond. There was no wait time at all so they were able to fit all nine of us as soon as we got there. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything we all ever wanted, and more! We ordered the six pounder and added extra shrimp and a couple of other things. The staff was very attentive very helpful. The restaurant is very clean, very nice, very welcoming. We truly appreciated our server Nui he went above and beyond for us. We were struggling to open the crab and the lobster and he came right over and he opened it for us put on a little show so shout out to him. You deserve all the recognition. Thank you for everything that you've done and taking care of us for our experience and making it 10 times better! We will definitely be back!

Parking is easy with 1h free for validation. My friend and I came here on a weekday evening to order takeout. There's a specific takeout door they had, but we didn't see it and they still let us order inside. It only takes about 10mins for takeout to be ready. We ordered 2lbs of Louisiana Crawfish, 1lb of Local Maui Shrimp, Sweet Corn, Red Potato, and Sausages with Medium & Spicy Signature Kickin' Sauce. The sauce was so good and not overly salty! Medium tastes like mild! Corn is $3 for one piece, but it's so worth it cause it's so sweet and delicious! I do think it's funny that they would charge $1 for lemons for takeout, but if you dine in, it's free.

Love this place! The crab is always cooked well and the Cajun sauce is amazing. The service is also great. They're usually quick and always friendly. I think the only downside to this place is the parking. The lot is often full and you have to get lucky to get close street parking. But it's worth heading here!

Love their lunch special. For 13.99$, you get a whole meal. It's delicious, and the food comes out pretty fast.

All I have to say is mhm.. how do you make seafood boil taste flavorless? I'm not sure if they aren't tossing it enough or them being really stingy with the sauce? But the seafood boil tasted bland and flavorless. We ordered the 6-pound seafood boil and it was not worth it. Also, considering that it tasted like nothing was even sadder. With that being said, I will not be coming back here. The service was okay, the food wasn't good, and honestly for the price of what you're getting kind of sucks. I'd suggest going to boiling crab!!

When you come through the beach, you have the option of dining at the bar, which seems to be a totally different experience. The bar serves burgers and other bar foods, and we wanted something a little less casual. After entering through the bar, we ended up having to go to the desk inside. They added my name and took down my phone number to text when the table is ready. This place is huge. There is indoor seating with lots of grass "skirt" trim around some of the ceiling and bars, and the upholstery of the dining chairs are different colorful aloha prints. On the deck there are think torches and umbrellas and string lights. On the level just a few steps down are more umbrella tables and some musicians playing Hawaiian music. All around are photos of the famous Olympic champion, surgery, and actor Duke Kahanamoku. Much to my surprise, as I was looking around while waiting for a table, a girl asked if I was Denise. They didn't text me; rather, they jot down a brief description so they can just look around and find you. She sat us on the beach deck. Our server was fantastic, so friendly with lots of explanations and recommendations. They use an ordering system and it's fun like a week liked machine. Hubby's beer was delivered to our table before our server even walked away! We both ordered the teriyaki sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. It. Was. Freaking. Delicious. A must order is the Duke's Mai Tai, their signature cocktail made with fresh Hawaiian juices & two types of rum. Surprisingly, they offer a breakfast, lunch, and dinner prime rib buffet. We just ordered off the menu. Surprise number two, the food is excellent. We ordered the Duke's Nachos with kalua pork. I ended up ordering the guava ribs and my wife got them too. Those had to be the best ribs I think I have ever had! They literally fall off the bone as you're trying to pick up the meat. One of the reasons we wanted to go here was we wanted the options of seafood but one of our adults doesn't like seafood and they said that they had all kinds of stuff, which they do. The menu items were minimal and surprising to us, none looked appealing. We did get a couple of appetizers, which were good... and a few samplers from the chef which were the best thing we had. But overall, is was a waste of money - and a lot of it!- I will share a positive though, the crème brûlée served in the bottom of a pineapple was delicious! It had a tangy, sweetness of pineapple that was delicious, as well as beautiful! Overall, not the same Tiki's.
