The worst. Avoid at all costs. As you can see by another person's review here they take zero responsibility for damaging clothes. My son brought seven items in, all expensive designer clothes. Two of the items came back with stains on them that were not brought in that way. How do I know? Because two of the items had stains and were brought to the attention of the woman there who marked them with tape. If the other two items came in with stains, they would have been marked with tape as well. John, the owner is a nut job. He is a complete phony who thinks all you need to do is call people "Mr. or Mrs." too create an air of good customer service. Good customer service is taking responsibility for problems that arise on your end and making them right. When I tried to reason with him regarding this situation, he became belligerent, rude, and snarky. When I told him the cost of the items he replied with "$600", As though I was lying about the value of the items. My son is now out $300 for two garments that simply need to be thrown away. I will never ever go to this cleaners again and I would suggest that you avoid them at all cost. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. We brought in a brand new mens coat for alterations. Just wanted the sleeves done. The tailor made $100 worth of suggestions. We were like um the store was just going to do the sleeves. He said I'm a professional tailor I know what needs to be done. We needed it for Friday bc we have an out of town wedding on Saturday. Are you sure you can have it ready? He said no problem. I go to pick it up and Lucy can't find the ticket. The tailor is not here. Panic sets in and fortunately 15 minutes later he shows up. I've been going here for 9 years and I will never use or recommend them again. They absolutely lied to my face and did not do what they said they would do. I dropped my clothes off last Saturday. I told them I had to pickup everything by Tuesday morning. The man who is always there promised me that he would have it done. He even remarked it wouldn't be an issue because they could have it done in 3 hours. I showed up Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. The gentlemen said my stuff isn't ready and now I have to come back. I have to go something for work. So I now I have to make a special trip to come back because they are liars and couldn't keep their word. Never use them. Don't ever trust them.
