My boyfriend wanted to surprise me by dry cleaning my work shirts while I was recovering from a pinched sciatic nerve. What a rip-off. I take a batch of shirts in for the first time ever and no problem. I even got a welcome new customer on my receipt. I take another batch of shirts a week later and she arbitrarily charges me double for two of them, citing "stains" on the collar. Double? Come on. Then, upon picking up my suit it wasn't even pressed. WTF? Save yourself money. These people will blow through as many people as they can, and hopefully go under. I will NOT be using this place! Absolutely will not recommend to others. We live near the canton area and thought this would be great. They have missed out on a great customer. I am big on great customer service and this place was far below my expectation. In addition to the poor customer, I wanted to have several leather jackets cleaned and I was told I have to pre-paid for all items, this would have been okay but the last time they said I would only have to leave a deposit of $25 for short leather jacket but this time I would have to the full total of $60 and I had 5 leather jackets that needed cleaning, total cost $300 up front. This place ruined three perfectly good dress shirts by burning or ripping holes in them. Any contrition? Nope. My tough luck. The customer service is also atrocious. The abhorrently rude woman behind the counter decided my wife, who is 8 months pregnant, was too fat and she needed to know that. A.) focus on not ripping people's shirts apart, and B.) mind your own business and shut your mouth. Better to wear dirty clothes than take them here. read more

The worst of the worst. Dropped of a basically brand new two piece suit, bright blue sort of hard to misplace. My girlfriend picked up my laundry and when I got home I realized the suit was missing. I called and told the lady and she only responded "yes you picked up suit" a thousand times. Clearly she we were not understanding each other, so I asked her to look and let her know I would stop by the next day. Sure enough, once I got there, still no suit. I asked if we could look for it once more and she stressed that it was not there. I grew frustrated because we could barely communicate and she was of no help. I'm down one suit, they are down one weekly customer. I still feel like I lost. Maybe they simply gave it to somebody else by mistake, but all in all, terrible service. Terrible care and customer service. The location is convenient to where we live but there is nothing else good about this dry cleaners. I took a bridesmaid dress there to get hemmed and have other alteration work summer 2016. It cost $65 to do a large amount of work which I thought was a great price. Today, I took another bridesmaid dress to simply get hemmed, 2 inches, and the unfriendly woman who commonly works the cash register tried to charge me $65 for less work. When I tried to communicate my concern with that and how she was charging me too much, she became irate, cursed at me in another language, refused to give me my dry cleaning back after asking 3x, and yelled at me. Business lost and I hope others remove their business from this dry cleaners as well. read more

these people are thieves. They stole directly from my suit pocket, which was buttoned and secured. I accidentally left money in the pocket, and because of this they took it upon themselves to steal from me!!!! Criminal charges have been filed and hopefully this place won't be in business much longer. 6 thousand dollars. GONE! I have the worker on tape accidentally accusing herself of the crime. This is a horrible place. I took 2 valances, for my bedroom windows, to be cleaned. Each valance is 32" by 12". They are very small. She told the valances would be cleaned for $10. When I went to pick them up, each valance was $12 each. And, she labeled them as curtains. I tried to explain, and the woman said they were curtains. I own curtains, and they are 5ft by 8ft. Twice the same lady have given me a receipt for the wrong number of shirts. And there same unfriendly lady, who speaks very poor English is rude and unapologetic about it. Also even worse, she has been up charging me for my shirts for weeks now. She charges me the special care price per shirt which is over $3 per shirt. With out me asking for it. Without her even mentioning it to me. After I noticed this last time I went back in and asked for my shirts back. She tossed them rudely and didn't apologize. Dropped a suit and a sweater off for dry cleaning. The sweater shrunk and all spots on suit jacket where there is a button on the inside now have the shine spots on the outside of the suite. Go down the street to Anna Cleaners - much better. read more

Skip this place, especially for alterations. Brought a summer maxi dress in to be shortened, tried it on for seamstress and she pinned it. Go to the register to get my receipt she tells me it's going to be $38 to hem the dress; I was shocked so she gave me a $3 discount for being a new customer whoopdeedoo. I should have just said nevermind and left but had put off getting it hemmed for too long so I just said screw it and went along with the price. Come back the following week to get it and it wasn't with my dry cleaning, had to help find it. There's a coupon online for 20% off dry cleaning for new customers so I show the lady and she tells me I needed to show it when I dropped off dry cleaning and she couldn't change the price in the computer which is complete bs. After a lot of back and forth she finally gives the discount. I question the astronomical price for my dress and she tells me it's because they do an excellent job and I can go somewhere else. I tell her I'll never be coming back. Fast forward to the next day getting dressed for work and the dress is still dragging on the floor, they altered nothing for $35. I call and ask for a manager, of course there isn't one there and I tell the seamstress that my dress hasn't been touched and I want a refund. She told me a manager would be in at noon. The manager was a nice younger man but was poorly dressed in sweatpants and undershirt. I demand a refund as I try on the dress to show it hasn't been touched but he says they don't give refunds but will redo the dress or give a store credit. I opt for it to be redone for no charge because I'm obviously never ever coming back to this place to use the store credit. Don't bother going here, poor customer service, employees barely speak English and rip you off for 'excellent' alterations. read more
