Good Cleaners (Dry Cleaners as we used to call them) are hard to find these days. I have been coming to Fresh Cleaners for the last 4 years now. Yes, they're a bit pricey, but quality costs in this current market! They're not running a business to "break even." Mr. & Mrs. Kim have always been the nicest people, always accommodating, and will go the extra mile! Between this lovely husband and wife couple, one, if not both of them, has this place open 6 days a week! Let's see, what's the basics for a cleaners: 1 - Takes your clothes, presses / cleans them - check! 2 - Has your clothes ready when they say they will be - check! 3 - Can do short turn around when requested - check! 4 - Korean - check! Ok, maybe Korean doesn't have to be mandatory, but Ahjima and Ahjushee Dona great job over the past year for me. Hint - smile and talk to them, if you're a regular, you get better service. read more

Do NOT use this dry cleaners!! They ruined an heirloom quilt my 80 year old mother brought in for cleaning. My mom was concerned and asked up front if it was even possible to safely clean it. The woman told my mom it would be no problem to clean it. When my mom picked it up 1/3 quilt was in tatters and the lady told her it was too old to clean. She told my mom she would discount the cleaning from $45 down to $30 due to the damage. My mom was heartbroken over the quilt and paid the money. When I found out, I returned with my mom to discuss the "mistake" that had been made by charging a customer for destroying their property! The employee (owner?) then argued about how she didn't inspect the entire quilt to know it was too fragile. She continued to argue with me until she finally grudgingly refunded the money without an apology or any trace of civility. After she handed the money to my mom, we stood there waiting for a receipt, or something and she looked at my mom and said "You're done!" I wonder if she would have attempted to charge a younger person for wrecking their property? Do yourself a favor, go to another cleaners! read more

I am giving this business 1 star only because of their OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!! I took a coat and Blazer (2 items only and no stains) to be cleaned and when I picked them up I was told the cost was $47.90!! FOR 2 ITEMS!!!!! I have taken clothes to the cleaners for many, many years and am aware of about how much this should cost. This is ROBBERY at it's finest. If they are going to charge these ridiculous prices then the receipt they issue when you drop items off should have the cost listed. read more

My usual dry cleaners might be on the expensive side but they always get the job done. Came here last Friday to pick up my clothes at 7:05 and it was closed (they close at 7), but saw one of the owners walking to their car. I asked if I could still get my clothes and he said yeah and opened the store up just for me. Clothes always come out looking brand new and they offer 1-2 day turn around if you need it rushed. Try looking for coupons in the local ads for specials. read more

Being brand new to Roseville I was a first and only time customer there this week. I picked up my 4 crappy black sweaters and was asked for 52$? I thought I misheard her.. well unfortunately she seriously said 52$ and followed that up immediately with "they are cardigan sweaters." I disagreed with her that they were not, they are just thin average everyday sweaters that I could have thrown away and repurchased for less money. The fact she was defensive without me asking tells me they overcharge frequently. I proceeded to ask her to look at them but she wasn't interested in the least bit in retaining my further business. So I I paid her and left. I called when I got home and asked to speak to the "owner." WOW is all I can say... this guy was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to! He was yelling at me and telling what a bad person I was because I was complaining about the price. Tried a couple times to explain that I dont mind paying a little more if the customer sercive is awesome (which is why I shop next door at Raleys) however I dont go for deceptive business practices. His response?? When they were dropped off I received a tag with the price and left the store with it therefore agreeing to their bullshit. OK how many people seriously check their cleaning ticket?? While I am typing this my cell phone rings and its the cleaners... they want to refund some of my money if I will come back to the store to get it? That would have been more appreciated if I hadn't had to threaten the guy earlier with reporting their deceptive business practice. So for fun I sent my son up to get it and they refunded $17. Now thats more like it... $35 is about accurate. Theres an hour out of my life I am never getting back!! read more

Terrible experience. These people are criminals running a store under the title of business owners. If I drop my clothes off with you, the least that should be done is that they are returned to me in the same shape that I gave them to you, not ruined. This is especially if I am paying you for a service. My pants came back with a burn mark and all the lady could do is yell "Stain, stain, stain, stain!" because she cannot string together an actual english sentence. You cannot treat people this way and expect a successful business, its a wonder anyone goes in there. Absolutely disgusting. read more

I brought in a very expensive gown that I needed hemmed. I put it on in the dressing room and she pinned it. It looked like the right length in the mirror. I picked it up two weeks later when they said it would be ready. I tried it on AFTER I got home and it was still flowing inches on the ground-way too long. I don't even think it had been hemmed. I called and she said to bring it back. She pinned it again and then said 'this is last time'. I was shocked! Last time till you get it right for a job I had paid for? I don't think so. I came back a week later, as was told, and it still wasn't done. After another week I picked it up and it was finally the right length. She barely spoke. Really kind of rude. Didn't smile. No sorry for the inconvenience. I was made to feel it was somehow my fault. I wore flat shoes both times and she pointed out that they were different shoes. I told her they were both flat and I won't wear heels. Even if had put on heels it would have still been too long the first time-dragging on the floor, inches too long. I'm glad I didn't need it right away. I won't go back and wish I would have read these reviews first. Don't let them do any alterations! read more
