They deserve Zero stars!! I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for 20 years! I brought in a BRAND NEW white shirt to be pressed and when I picked it up it was stained! To make matters worse, they lied and said it was stained when I brought it in. There were no notes stating my shirt was stained until pickup. Sadly, I thought they would do the right thing and admit their mistake! But oh no, it was the blame game and they took Zero responsibility for their mistake! If you have no integrity or customer service, I will never give this business another cent! Terrible service to your loyal customers. Do not take your clothes to this dry cleaner and if you do, make sure you photograph your clothing before they stain it! read more

One star for the actual cleaning service and the customer service. I brought in a brand new white dress shirt, never been worn, after cleaning I picked it up and noticed a black stain on the collar. Looked to be some kind of dirty oil, probably from the conveyor that holds all the garments. I returned the shirt for them to remedy and they were unable to completely remove the mark, and in the process they added another mark to the shirt. Mike called and says he doesn't see anything and that I am making things up and they would not refund me or compensate for the damaged shirt. He proceeded to say this has always been their policy to not pay for damaged garments. I quote "we are not up to your standards don't bring us your white shirts".... My standard being, don't damage a brand new shirt and then not take responsibility. At one point Mike told me to return it to Macy's. Unethical business practices. When I show up in-person to speak with Mike he changes his tune and admits to now being able to see the marks! But they won't do anything further to replace the shirt. I have been going here for 4 years and have never had to bring back a single item to be cleaned again. I would suggest to anyone who cares about their professional or delicate clothing to avoid this group as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and based on other reviews I am not the first. read more

The lady at this location next to the nail shop is very nice and they fixed my son's pants for free when I got them and cleaned.

I went to pick up my comforters they have no fresh smell at all when I got home I had a small hard spot like it was still the spot my Grandbaby spilled milk on and since my cover was furry I wanted it to be cleaned right so no I was disappointed in them never again my comforter was 100.00 they charged me well it was two but it didn't smell like it was cleaned. read more

Honestly if I could rate this place a 0 star I would. I frequently take in my husbands jeans for heavy cowboy starching. I took 4 jeans in one day and when it was time to pick up I was surprised with the jeans just washed and pressed and no starching. I told the male worker that I needed a refund since the service I initially came in for was not met. and he said he will not refund because they were washed and since they have no more starch it's not their fault, but could give 4$ back. they wanted to charge me the same amount for regular washing as to my heavy starching price. I obviously fought back for my refund and they eventually gave in since I was proving my point correctly. After the refund was done the lady working there yelled at me and PUSHED me physically out of the store and told me to never come back. I promise, with this service I will never be back and I recommend anyone going there to do so as well. Horrible customer service and unethical. read more

They lost my designer dress shirt and refused to offer any compensation--no refund, no discount, not even a small gesture like a gift card. I've been coming here for years, but the customer service has steadily declined, and the staff has become increasingly rude. The quality of the dry cleaning itself has also noticeably dropped. Been using Fresh Cleaners for several years and always very happy with the finished product. I have taken suits and other dry cleaning along with regular laundry for my dress shirts and I have never had a complaint. The staff is very nice and polite and my kids enjoy going in with me for the free candy. I like that they pay their employees a decent wage as it reflects in the quality of product. This place is over priced. Sign on the window says same day service before 10am and I got there right at 10am and didn't get my items until 4 days later and realized it was $6.50 per jeans to get dry clean. I've been dry cleaning my jeans and other clothing for over 15 years and have never paid more than $1.99 per item and I usually get that back next business day after 2pm. Definitely will be looking for a new place to drop off my items, they do good work it's just their price and time is what my complaint is for the 2 stars. But other places I go too does good work too for less the cost and less the time! read more

I like this place because whenever I go to alter my pants(cut it short to adjust to my height) the lady only charges $10. Whereas other alteration places charges more than that. She is nice and is committed to her on-time policy of giving your things back in a timely manner. If you need to alter your pants this is your place to go because the price is affordable! read more

My favorite place for any Dry Cleaning needs! The owners are wonderful! They make feel welcome when I stop by. I always get my jeans hemmed here. You can change in the small dressing room in the front and they will measure you on the spot. The prices are reasonable and you can find coupons in the Natomas Shopping Ad if you live in the area. For jeans - original hem, they charge around $16. It is expensive, but is average compared to all the other businesses in the area. Great customer service and very reliable! read more

This was the place I finally ended up finding where 1) the price was okay ($1.75/sh), 2) the shirts came back unscathed (no broken buttons or stains from starching, and 3) where they did not mark your shirts with your initials. Great Cleaners! I started using this cleaners because the other cleaners I was going to in East Sac was shrinking all my clothes (not cool). This cleaners get your valuable clothes clean. No after hours drop off window. No way to setup an account for easier faster payment processing. $4 just to press a dress shirt that was dry cleaned but became wrinkled in luggage. Tucked away in a plaza with so so parking and no drive thru. They do have free bags for drop off and all they do is write your last four numbers of your phone number on the bag not your name. Nobody comes out to your car. No free fabric softener packets. No after hour lockers for pickup. Quality is good they use good products and even do good tailoring. Timeliness poor and customer service good they sewed a small hole in my sweater for free. Its a business that includes hard work and they seem to appreciate loyal customers. read more

This is the same as the one on Arena next to Bel Air. If you're looking for something different don't bother. I think the other one sends the clothes here but I'm not sure. Anyway, they both do the same poor job and don't seem to care. Looks like many other people have the same complaint. My husband and I have been going here for at least the last 3 years! The lady up front is always so kind and sweet, she always has a smile on her face when I come in! We usually bring in my husband's dress shirts to be dry cleaned and they do an amazing job every time! I've also brought in some of my own shirts that are dry clean only and they come back looking fresh and clean! I have never had a problem with the results. I also just had one of my nice jackets cleaned by them and, even after owning it for 4 years now, it looks brand spankin' new! I love this place and I will continue coming here!! read more

For 6 years I came to this dry cleaners and every time my laundry was perfect every time. More importantly, I always looked forward to picking up my laundry here as the ladies at this location provide the best customer service of any laundry I have ever been to. They take interest in their customers both as individuals and as customers. Unfortunately, today was our last day picking up laundry here as we recently moved out of the Sacramento area. As we got in our car to drive off, the manager came out of the store, stood on the sidewalk, and then waved as we drove off. If that does not show that this cleaners cares about its customers, then I don't know what does.
