Pick up day and time was March 5th at 5 p.m. He needed it for a wedding out of town on March 7th. Keep in mind that this was only his second time going to this place and ever using a dry cleaning service. Fast forward to the wedding day, there were stains on the sleeve of the dress shirt. Unsure if the stain was there prior. I've attached pictures for reference. My husband had to figure something out minutes before heading out to the wedding. We came home Sunday night, March 8th. My husband went to tell them about the situation on Wednesday, March 11th. He was told that because of how long it's been, they refused to provide any kind of refund. They also questioned why he didn't notify them. It was our fault that we didn't verify when we picked it up, but we trusted that it was properly cleaned. Also, why couldn't they notify us that they couldn't clean the stain? Refund or not, my husband didn't even receive an apology. I believe that was unprofessional as they are providing a service. Definitely would not come back.

Looked to be some kind of dirty oil, probably from the conveyor that holds all the garments. I returned the shirt for them to remedy and they were unable to completely remove the mark, and in the process they added another mark to the shirt. Mike called and says he doesn't see anything and that I am making things up and they would not refund me or compensate for the damaged shirt. He proceeded to say this has always been their policy to not pay for damaged garments. I quote "we are not up to your standards don't bring us your white shirts".... My standard being, don't damage a brand new shirt and then not take responsibility. At one point Mike told me to return it to Macy's. Unethical business practices. When I show up in-person to speak with Mike he changes his tune and admits to now being able to see the marks! But they won't do anything further to replace the shirt. I have been going here for 4 years and have never had to bring back a single item to be cleaned again. I would suggest to anyone who cares about their professional or delicate clothing to avoid this group as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and based on other reviews I am not the first.

A few times in a row, they complained how I brought my dirty work shirts in. At first, they complained I didn't roll my sleeves down all the way before dropping them off. The next time, I made sure my sleeves were rolled down and the guy got snippy and now had an issue with me bringing my shirts In on their old hangers. Instead, he wanted me to bring hangers back in their own stack, shirts in a hamper bag with sleeves rolled down. After that, I said forget it and found someone else. I picked it up, drove straight home, and as I was hanging it in my closet I started noticing mark after mark after mark. I immediately called because I was genuinely shocked by what I was seeing. They didn't care! No resolve! What is most frustrating is that nobody mentioned a thing when the suit was returned to me. A white suit covered in dark marks does not magically end up that way after leaving the store. Someone should have noticed. Someone should have said something. $400 and it had been worn once.... I trusted professionals to care for it, and it was returned in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. This plaza is not the biggest but they have a dedicated parking spot just for them so I've been able to snag that front space most of the time but be prepared to park a little farther, especially if you're arriving during lunch time as there's restaurants around.

Prices were fair and they did a next-day turnaround for me which was greatly appreciated. Knocking off one star as I dropped the clothing off with a nice hanger meant for the suit / pants, but when I picked up my clothes the hanger was missing and had been replaced with the cheaper dry-cleaning hangers. They offered to make it right and said they'd hold a different nicer hanger for me if I wanted to come and get it, but it wasn't worth the drive. The suit came out great, but did have a strong chemical smell which dissipated within 12-24 hours of being left out to air out before the funeral, something to be mindful of if you have a short time table!

These 2nd photo is where it's too tight at he bottom and the other 1 and the last photos are where they opened the dress on the sides and made a beautiful corset back for the zipper that wouldn't zip. Also the back of the corset was not completely finished, they removed the rest of the corset in the dress where you see it. That's no longer there.
