Grilled steak with glazed carrots and grilled corn sides
    Julie B.

Had the grilled steak with glazed carrots and grilled corn sides; enhanced the steak with the citrus aioli. This was my first time eating here but won't be my last. Especially when I don't feel like cooking a full meal.

Huge bug in my Caesar salad!!!

Fresh corn grill is disgusting!!!! I just picked up my food 10 minutes ago, I came home to eat and discovered this giant bug in my Caesar salad! It is still moving in there, all of their lettuce is probably infested and so is their kitchen. I've tried calling them 10 times in a row just now and they don't pick up their phone and are just so ignorant. Not to mention my food was sitting in their expo window when I arrived to pick it up and it took them an extra 10 minutes just to put it in the bag and give it to me, which let the bug stew in the salad some more. The front desk guy was obviously overwhelmed he was all sweaty with sweat blots on his clothing touching all this food. I can see through the expo window that the kitchen looks filthy and obviously no one is paying attention to what's going on there. This place is so mismanaged and filthy, as a Chef of over 15 years, I don't recommend anyone come here unless you're ready for a surprise in your food. Edit: I called the Westwood location, supposedly there was some bad divorce with the owners of the company so now this West Hollywood location is owned by the husband supposedly, not taking care of the business at all. BEWARE!!!!

    Live BUG in Caesar Salad

BEWARE OF BUGS IN YOUR FOOD. LIVE BUG IN my husband's SALAD utterly disgusting my husband is currently vomiting. They are so busy and rushing that horrible things get left in your food. I loved fresh corn grill, after this never again. We picked up on food in person today once we got home we saw this and we've been calling and calling the number but no one is answering. Poorly Managed place, if you can't handle how busy you are you should be aware of that instead of leaving carelessly leaving LIVE bugs in the food you're serving to ppl.

I've been eating here for years. I used to have a review for FCG on Yelp, but when I got a new phone, all of my reviews disappeared when the data was transferred over. Imagine several years of reviews and check-ins gone in moments. Ugh! Had a late lunch today with a friend for my birthday. We both enjoyed our meal. Fresh, flavorful, warm, and good size portions. I had the Skirt Steak with mashed potatoes and basmati rice. My friend had the enchiladas with a side of basmati rice. We shared a side of bread. The bread was fresh and soft, but it wasn't warm. Our only complaint. I've tried pretty much the entire menu over the years. Never really had a bad experience; except the Chicken Breast can be a bit dry at times. To avoid this ask for a breast that's soaking in the juices, and that will prevent the dryness. Sign up for their free rewards program. The points never expire and they rarely send emails. They sent me a $5 off reward for my birthday, and I had $14 in reward credits. Definitely join. The service is always friendly and gracious. Food comes out pretty quick. Indoor and outdoor dining. They recently renovated the restaurant and it looks great. Beer and wine is available. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

The cashier was straight up rude and unnecessary. A delivery driver (DoorDash/Uber) was just trying to pick up an order that was already ready, the delivery told him that his car is on hazard, and instead of just handing it over, he was told--rudely--to fall in a long line like he didn't matter. What made it worse? He literally let everyone else go ahead before finally deciding to acknowledge him. Like, what was the point of that? Just a power trip for no reason. I get it, everyone has bad days, but taking it out on someone just doing their job isn't it. Do better."

Customer service was superb. They were very helpful with suggestions and I didn't feel rushed. The food was 10/10. The restaurant is indoor /outdoor seating.

This restaurant is loved by a lot of my colleagues. It is in walking distance from our buildings. It is a little on the slow side, so if you are on a time crunch, you may want to order ahead. The food is very good. My go-to is the sundried tomato pasta with grilled chicken & their raspberry lemonade. My goodness.. So delicious! It's very filling & it's a large portion. The restaurant is a little pricey, but it's worth the $.

Our first time in WeHo (LA, CA) and we stumbled across Fresh Corn Grill and decided to give them a try. The ambiance and location is very casual and spacious. They have plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. The staff were very nice and helpful when we ordered. This place literally has a little bit of everything on the menu. We decided to go with: - Salmon, wild brown rice and grilled asparagus with a citrus dressing on the side. The salmon has a nice flavor and grilled asparagus were pretty good. I chose wild brown rice which was fine nothing special about it but I was expecting the traditional wild brown rice which has a grain mix and colorful. This was just plain basic brown rice. The citrus dressing was my favorite and added more flavor to my dish. - Grilled Skirt Steak, wild brown rice, steamed broccoli with Asian BBQ sauce on the side. This dish was just ok. The steak was a good quality but lacked flavor. The steak flavor was mostly the chard taste from the grill. Thankfully we had some sauce to help flavor it. The steamed broccoli was fresh but zero flavor it was basically out the "bag" steam and served. I didn't even finish it and the wild brown rice as we mentioned above was not wild brown rice. Overall, our first impressions were that it was just ok. I wish the food was more flavorful. Listen it was good but just basic good so, if you're in the area give them a try we still recommend a stop. You may enjoy it more than we did.

To be honest I think anything you choose would be delightful you really can't go wrong. My husband and I are planning a trip to Florence in the fall and William mentioned this was a branch of the same place. He looked up the 5 trending sandwiches in Florence and I chose the Al Dante & my son picked the mortadella with stratichelli cheese. Both sandwiches were standouts they were so good we kept smiling and eating at the same time. Definitely get lots of napkins!! Your fingers will be covered in deliciousness. We also ordered interesting drinks. The Sicilian orange flavored pop was so refreshing after eating such rich tasting cheese and deli meats. You really need to try them together. Any variety with mortadella is devine! The stratichella cheese is so yummy- almost like a buratta, a very soft, milky fresh mozzerella. The simpler the better- I had one with pistachio Pesto - very rich! The soft thin focaccia is perfect too. Plan ahead because if you go on weekends the line will be long and they take their time making the sandwiches (all made to order). Is it worth the wait? I'd say so!

The restaurant is billed as French-Vietnamese and previously offered pho and related fare but did not have these options on our visit. Our family came on a Saturday evening after an afternoon in the mall. I got the Ahi Tuna burger ($18), a substantial slab of Ahi Tuna steak on a bun with a wasabi mayo and paired with perfectly crispy, well salted frites ($5). We also got the French lobster roll ($26) a decent, but not groundbreaking, sandwich with a spicy sauce. One of our children got the tomato soup ($10) which was phenomenal - creamy and tomatoey - and paired well with grilled cheese. The cafe was clean and positioned with a great view; service was good too, with the waitress making suggestions and accommodating our children's special requests. Prices, as listed above, were excellent for the quality and quantity of food provided in an otherwise quite expensive area. More Parisien then Indochine, Nicholas deserves the unusually high rating it commands for the area. Yes, I know, we all wanna be skinny like those beautiful French girls... ;) But Sometimes.... You've gotta just ignore social norms and say F it! F is for French! lol Yeah, sometimes you've gotta just exclaim: "I'm gettin' the Burger and I'm most DEFINITELY getting the Fries!" And nobody and I mean Nobody is going to stop me! Yeah, that was me and my mindset when I was out at the Beverly Center back in August. Hey! It was lunch. I was hungry. & Nicolas Eatery was there to handle all my needs. And just like Napoleon Bonaparte would have done... I strolled in, I walked straight to the bar top, sat down, placed my napkin in my lap, ordered a burger, a side of fries and of course L.A's FINEST tap water. And just like that, instead of following trends... I was setting them! So what did I get you ask?? Le Beverly Burger of course!! This alongside their perfectly fried French fries which you know I dipped in Ketchup... Yes, I know, so American of me! =) Sadly, my only mistake I made on this day... I should have ordered my favorite French Beer, 1664 Kronenbourg.... Damn! But Lance, this Mall is so crazy, where the heck do I go?? Nicolas Eatery is located on Level 6, or "six" in French (Fun Fact: spelled the same, sounds totally different) and trust, my French is No Good! FOOD Bubble Waffle with Pistachio Gelato (5.5/5): Omg! I didn't know they have egg waffle here as well. It's a classic Hong Kong street food that I grew up with, you don't really see it around. The egg waffle is tasty, it doesn't taste bland and not overly seasoned (it has the egg custard-y taste, not too sweet), and it has a light crisp outside. I had a gelato to pair with it. The pistachio flavor is yummy, it has chopped pistachio nuts inside so the texture is rich. If you have a sweet tooth, pair it with a scoop of gelato, they compliment each other well. *finish the gelato first so it doesn't make the egg waffle loose it's crisp Pastrami Brisket Sandwich (5/5): They recommended me the Pastrami Brisket Sandwich and the prosciutto one, I haven't had lunch so I went with the pastrami- it was good. The bread is pretty soft and it's decently portioned, you could share the sandwich. It's a simple sandwich that's healthy and flavourful, you don't feel heavy after eating it. I like that it's not messy to eat (not overly saucey)! They hold the fillings with the little wooden sticks. AMBIENCE Sitting is spacious and clean, it's at the corner of the mall so it's not too crowded. There is enough space to put your shopping bags if you're trying to grab a quick bite around. Service is quite decent, the staff recommended the right stuff. It didn't take a long time for the food to be ready, good for grab and go. OVERALL I think it's a casual spot that serves healthy quick bites, it's a good option to sit down after or in between a shopping spree.
