What stands out here is the wonderful service. They are so friendly and welcoming, truly a neighborhood café. Parking is metered out front and they have inside seating as well as a few tables out front. The Matcha lemonade was delicious and I appreciate that they offer large size drinks. Walking in, you would not think that they served food. We were greeted upon entering the restaurant. It looks like a small bakery/deli shop. However, they have an incredibly large menu with so many options. The amount of food you get for the cost is exceptional. I was not expecting my omelette to be as big as it was. I am sorry but I don't want to eat here again because the food is just not that great. I don't want to taste this again. Had a Garden Omelet ($20 with tax) last Tuesday morning and it was cooked so much it was dried out. I was very hungry but struggling to digest it. The vegetables inside were tasteless. The side of potatoes were heavily salted and tasted like out of the microwave. The whole wheat bread was pretty good. There were few people sitting in the restaurant but the open tables were not cleaned off and dirty. No one comes over to clean off a table after someone gets up and leaves. Here, you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Parking is meters in front or free 1 hour on the side streets--watch the signs. This was a tremendous disappointment because the last time we dined at the Lazy Daisy in Brentwood on Wilshire the service was excellent, and so was the food and I ordered the same thing here. Each Lazy Daisy must be independently owned/franchised because the difference in food quality was remarkable between the two locations. Sorry to give this negative report. I used to order this place a lot since 2020. Breakfast burrito is huge with egg white option. Açaí bowl is large and delicious and refreshing. Smoothies are meh with not much flavor. Coffee is decent. French toast is really good. They have large portions and a lot of options. Customer service inside the restaurant is great and they're very nice but they can be busy with a lot of online orders. I think they have a lot of ghost kitchen orders as well. read more

I ordered online for easy pick up and there 15 min street parking right out front. The seared tuna was cooked well and rhe salad fresh and a good portions to fill me up! The online ordering was a bit confusing since it said the salad came with balsamic vinegarette and then asked if I wanted dressing. I thought it meant extra dressing so I ordered Italian on the side. Took a chance here after an appointment and I'm so glad we did. The place was adorable, clean and well organized. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The food was unbelievably delicious! I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich on multigrain bread. It was superb. They make their own mustard and chips so it tasted like great homemade meal. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and it was cooked to perfection. I usually go to the Lazy Daisy in Santa Monica which is consistently good. I had an appointment in Bev Hills and noticed here on Yelp this location so I thought I would try it. The place obviously does a ton of take out business because while I was the only one eating inside, there were consistently at least 2 people waiting to pick up during the half an hour I was there. When you get there you have to go to the counter to order and immediately pay. Of course, computers prompt you to tip, which I don't do anymore because I'm not going to reward service I don't get ahead of time and I'm glad I waited. I ordered an omelet that was kind of runny and my potatoes were warm, not hot, and not at all crispy. There were two men going back and forth between behind the counter and the back kitchen. The younger one was stressed out and stressed me out. He also never checked up on me and might have realized that I barely touched my food. Instead, I left a small tip in cash and hit the exit. We came here for lunch last Tuesday in Beverly Hills because it was close to an appointment nearby. Since I was having a problem with my molar, I opted for the tofu egg white scramble because it was soft. It turned out to be pretty tasteless. I added salt and had some of my husband's roasted potatoes which made it more enjoyable. It's a cute place that is very casual so definitely not a place for dates. It's also a bit noisy but it is in Beverly Hills near many of their medical cosmetic offices so if you need something quick in the area, this place will do it. If you enter their online club then you can get a 5 dollar discount on your first order. If you order anything to go, there's a one dollar fee. It appears pretty popular with the locals. I go to Lazy Daisy all the time and I keep forgetting to leave a review. It's a beautiful place to have breakfast or a smoothie and just work in the corner. Lots of tables and generally a relaxing atmosphere. Plus their menu is delicious and healthy. I've had everything from a breakfast burrito to avocado toast and it definitely does not disappoint. Their berry smoothie is one of my favs. I did have a less than stellar experience with their yogurt and granola once...the yogurt just didn't taste how I expected it to and felt slightly off but this wasn't enough to lose a star over. I will say one of my favorite things about Lazy Daisy is the service. The person at the counter is so kind and accomodating and I always appreciate her patience. I had the blue crab benedict while others with me had the chipotle chicken wrap and the tuna salad sandwich. Everything came out fairly quickly and was really fresh and delicious. There was plenty of crab on the benedict and it was fresh crab, really enjoyed that dish. Everyone else liked theirs as well it was a great quick meal before heading back home. I walked in just before 3:30pm and the staff was assisting others that were picking up orders. When I got greeted, the man said I needed to hurry because the place closes at 3:30. I was confused since the website stated 4pm. I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk (hot), tuna melt sandwich, and a small sweet potato fry. When I received my latte it was luke warm, if that. It seemed like they just added the cold milk to the espresso and handed it to me. While I waited for my food they brought in the outside tables and rushed others to pay their tab and leave. I received my food, went to my car and opened the fries so I could take a few bites before I started driving. The fries were cold and soggy!! I was so frustrated, cold coffee, cold fries, I didn't even open the sandwich till later that night because I was so upset. Such a waste of money. And its not like I could walk back in because they closed the door behind me when I left. Rude service, bad food.
