Amazing sandwiches!! Reminds me of the sandwiches we had in Corfu!! Took it to go and ate it at picnic area at The Huntington!

    Viale Di Guanciale

I got the Viale de Guanciale (instead of the Viale de Parma bc I'm more partial to guanciale) and my boyfriend got the Colucci. Both sandwiches were wrapped very nicely and so so good! I preferred my sandwich because I loved the crunch from the pistachios and the sweetness that came from the jam. It was a good size - I only ate about half and saved the rest for later. I originally thought that the amount of guanciale was lacking but it was still an overall well balanced sandwich so I didn't mind while eating. I enjoyed the mushrooms that came in the Colucci but wanted more of the eggplant flavor to come through. For both, I could tell the quality of the ingredients itself and the freshness of the bread - which is KEY! I also got a nutella canelé (which I've never tried) and that was the perfect sweet treat to end off my meal. DEF RECOMMEND! Before you even come in, you can smell the focaccia baking. I came here on a Saturday around 11am and there was no line - it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwiches and there was ample seating inside and out. Street parking was fine - metered and non metered spots all around. Would come again if i'm in the area!!

Tried Mamie today and it was so worth it 10/10 The meat is sliced super thin, everything tastes fresh, and the bread is perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft inside--so good. Portions were just right too, filling without being too heavy. Definitely get the chili sauce on the side, it takes it to another level Only sad part... they were sold out of the dessert bread next time for sure. Check out @the.last.lunch for a video review! I literally dream about their Di Parma sandwich! Every component just works without being overpowering. The focaccia was unreal and truly the star of the show, holding together the prosciutto, burrata, fresh pesto (pesto elevates almost any sandwich imo if it's done right and their in-house pesto was in fact done right), crushed pistachios (added amazing texture and flavor that really made the sandwich), truffle cream, and arugula... I can't say I've had anything quite like it before. The only thing is it's pretty steep (~$30) and for that luxury price, I wish they were a bit more generous with the meat.

This place was sooo yummy!!! The bread and all the ingredients are so fresh. It was fun to watch them make the sandwiches while waiting in line. The line was pretty long but moved quick! The viale di Parma is sooo yum. It has a delicious fig jam (but when you order make sure you say viale bc there's also a di parma which was also good it's like pesto and truffle). Def will be back!! The parking situation is not ideal but that's how West Hollywood is. We found street parking around the block which was free which was nice! We sat at a table inside there isn't too much seating but there's also an outside area which was nice!

GREAT sandwiches. But the fact that it was $27 really negatively impacts this review. Would come back if I were in the area and just got my paycheck, but like I wouldn't go out of my way.

What a great find in the WeHo area while taking a break from wedding dress shopping. It's on a great corner spot with both inside and outside seating. The service was good, but not great. They seemed to want to rush us through and luckily we had previewed the menu before we arrived. These Tuscan style sandwiches are my favorite of all sandwich types. And my favorite is the mortadella with straciattella cheese and pistachio cream. The one thing that I really liked about their sandwiches was the bread. It was nice and crunchy on the outside, but light and airy on the inside. I prefer this over the more dense bread at All' Antaico Vinaio.

The sandwiches are so good! Last time I had a hot sandwich this time was cold. and both were good but Hot was superior for-sure IMO. I came later in the day this time around and there was no wait. Their service was nice and it was a cute ambiance for a casual spot. Be prepared for high prices and high quality!

(more like a 3.5 star) best thing about these sandwiches is the bread, so yummy! but they all definitely need more meat! my favorite sandwich was di parma, the pesto was good and i love anything with burrata. the prosciutto gave a nice saltiness and the pesto added bright flavor of basil i also really liked the viale di parma. the fig jam gave a nice taste of sweetness and the crema di gorgonzola was not overpowering the diva sandwich was my least favorite. although all sandwiches needed more meat, it was most evident in this one. all i could really taste was arugula considering that these are fairly pricey and there is not enough meat, i am not sure if i would come back.

This place is so good! The bread was perfectly crunchy and soft and the insides were so flavorful. I loved the tuna in the Monaco and the Eros was such a light sandwich. The artichoke cream is also really good. I've heard this spot can be a hit or a miss but luckily I came on the day it was a hit. There isn't a lot of seating but we got a spot and parking isn't bad. For sure coming back!

Mamie is bustling and busy--and I'm sure it's not just because of the hype. Though their sandwiches are slightly on the more expensive side, they were mouthwatering and unforgettable. I ordered the Viale Di Parma and wow. Fig jam, 18-month aged prosciutto, gorgonzola cheese and baby arugula nestled in freshly-baked schiacciata bread rocked my world. The chopped pistachios in the sandwich elevated the taste and texture too. It's been a few days since I ate here and I'm still thinking about this sandwich! My boyfriend ordered the Viale Di Guanciale, which is very similar to the Di Parma, but with a different meat instead. As expected, it also tasted flavorful. Though we took our order to-go this time around, I am excited to come back to test out their dine-in experience. The staff are so friendly and from the small amount of time I was there the live music was a vibe. Truly fantastic!

Been wanting to try this place out after hearing all its hype and I'm a sucker for focacacia bread. I ordered the #1 and would say its okay but not crazy good to go back again. Thought the bread itself could be crunchy and filling ratio could be better. I mostly tasted the fig jam in it. Worth a try but not incredible in my opinion.

Love such good sandwiches y'all. Fresh and delicious! Dorothy was so sweet and patient and very informative with the menu and answered all of my questions when I couldn't decide what to get. Love the service here :) I really enjoy sitting outside it's definitely always interesting seeing what's happening around the city! The ambience inside is cute and bright.

Our sandwiches are nicely wrapped in butchers paper. Nice touch.

The restaurant is billed as French-Vietnamese and previously offered pho and related fare but did not have these options on our visit. Our family came on a Saturday evening after an afternoon in the mall. I got the Ahi Tuna burger ($18), a substantial slab of Ahi Tuna steak on a bun with a wasabi mayo and paired with perfectly crispy, well salted frites ($5). We also got the French lobster roll ($26) a decent, but not groundbreaking, sandwich with a spicy sauce. One of our children got the tomato soup ($10) which was phenomenal - creamy and tomatoey - and paired well with grilled cheese. The cafe was clean and positioned with a great view; service was good too, with the waitress making suggestions and accommodating our children's special requests. Prices, as listed above, were excellent for the quality and quantity of food provided in an otherwise quite expensive area. More Parisien then Indochine, Nicholas deserves the unusually high rating it commands for the area. If you're in the Beverly Center and looking for a quality, high-value meal, Nicholas est la meilleur choix. Magnifique! Food: 4.5/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Value: 5/5

Yes, I know, we all wanna be skinny like those beautiful French girls... ;) But Sometimes.... You've gotta just ignore social norms and say F it! F is for French! lol Yeah, sometimes you've gotta just exclaim: "I'm gettin' the Burger and I'm most DEFINITELY getting the Fries!" And nobody and I mean Nobody is going to stop me! Yeah, that was me and my mindset when I was out at the Beverly Center back in August. Hey! It was lunch. I was hungry. & Nicolas Eatery was there to handle all my needs. And just like Napoleon Bonaparte would have done... I strolled in, I walked straight to the bar top, sat down, placed my napkin in my lap, ordered a burger, a side of fries and of course L.A's FINEST tap water. And just like that, instead of following trends... I was setting them! So what did I get you ask?? Le Beverly Burger of course!! This alongside their perfectly fried French fries which you know I dipped in Ketchup... Yes, I know, so American of me! =) Sadly, my only mistake I made on this day... I should have ordered my favorite French Beer, 1664 Kronenbourg.... Damn! But Lance, this Mall is so crazy, where the heck do I go?? Nicolas Eatery is located on Level 6, or "six" in French (Fun Fact: spelled the same, sounds totally different) and trust, my French is No Good! If you're able to snag a window seat, you will get a clear view of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Sign in the distance. Of course I went with the Burger, but trust, this place has more than just French Fries. -French Baguette with Butter -French Onion Soup -French Omelette But if want to drink like the French do... You know they've got a little vin (wine) or you can go with the classic French 75 cocktail. So, to this ai say: Be like the French. Eat like the French. Drink... Like the French and come start your own La Révolution! But instead of storming Bastille, storm Beverly Center and demand your freedom to order whatever the hell you choose from Nicolas Eatery! And after you're done, walk out proudly singing Viva La France!!!

FOOD Bubble Waffle with Pistachio Gelato (5.5/5): Omg! I didn't know they have egg waffle here as well. It's a classic Hong Kong street food that I grew up with, you don't really see it around. The egg waffle is tasty, it doesn't taste bland and not overly seasoned (it has the egg custard-y taste, not too sweet), and it has a light crisp outside. I had a gelato to pair with it. The pistachio flavor is yummy, it has chopped pistachio nuts inside so the texture is rich. If you have a sweet tooth, pair it with a scoop of gelato, they compliment each other well. *finish the gelato first so it doesn't make the egg waffle loose it's crisp Pastrami Brisket Sandwich (5/5): They recommended me the Pastrami Brisket Sandwich and the prosciutto one, I haven't had lunch so I went with the pastrami- it was good. The bread is pretty soft and it's decently portioned, you could share the sandwich. It's a simple sandwich that's healthy and flavourful, you don't feel heavy after eating it. I like that it's not messy to eat (not overly saucey)! They hold the fillings with the little wooden sticks. AMBIENCE Sitting is spacious and clean, it's at the corner of the mall so it's not too crowded. There is enough space to put your shopping bags if you're trying to grab a quick bite around. Service is quite decent, the staff recommended the right stuff. It didn't take a long time for the food to be ready, good for grab and go. OVERALL I think it's a casual spot that serves healthy quick bites, it's a good option to sit down after or in between a shopping spree. It's not loud so you could definitely hold conversations here.
