I called and spoke to the store manager and asked if they could waive the 41 cent shortage and was told absolutely not. I called Walmart and arranged a pickup order, for the same price, without any hassle. Then I called Walgreens corporate and explain the situation. Corporate told me that's the policy. It amazes me, that a company was such low ratings, refuses to bend at all for their customers.
