I stopped in because I needed a location close to the gym so I could make a work call happen with Wi-Fi without driving home or skipping the gym. The Wi-Fi was great. There was plenty of space and it was quiet. But better yet the lady at the front counter was wonderful. She was kind and she didn't mind me coming in and getting a tea just to have a call. Another woman came in while I was there and made what I perceived as a rude comment about having to buy something to use the Wi-Fi then proceeded to use the Wi-Fi and not buy anything so I elected to buy an additional treat on my way out. I was pleasantly surprised when the same lady at the front counter surprised me with a double treat and gave me an extra donut just to be kind. Cashier and workers won't even acknowledge you when it's busy. The cashier also doesn't even speak and just expects you to read their mind. They didn't even announce my coffee and it was just sitting there without me knowing. All of the workers have terrible customer service. Took forever for a meal and coffee. You should at least be acknowledged and say "I'll be right with you" even if it's busy. Do not recommend. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. read more

First off the drive through is in a weird location. When I pulled up to the line I missed the awkwardly located speaker. When I pulled up to the window to place my order. They took forever to come to the window. Then when girl came to the window. She said I was going to have to get back in line! After I had JUST WAITED IN LINE! First time coming here. I would come here more often if it wasn't out of my way to work. But the drive thru was really busy at 9am today (6/25) and I was thinking about not waiting in line. But I saw that it was going pretty fast and got in line. It went by so fast I was shocked. There was maybe 7 cars in front of me and I only waited probably 2 mins. They were on top of it! So great! The guy handing me my items was very nice too. It makes my day even better when employees are really friendly. I got a medium iced caramel latte and a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. Really good!! The sandwich is a good size for the price and tasted good. My drink was also good price for the size. Great coffee! Other places would charge more for drinks. I feel like I get a better bargain here with drinks. Hopefully I can stop by more often even if it's little out of my way. read more

Alrhough I had an unpleasant experience with their mobile app ordering system, the female employee that was helping me was very sweet. Although it was very busy in the store, when she noticed me standing at the pickup window inside, she immediately came over to see what she could help with. Unfortunately, my mobile order hadn't come through to their system yet, so the pickup wasn't as quick of an in and out as I thought it would be, but once the order showed up in the system, she quadruple checked the order to make sure that she was pulling the correct donuts off of their shelf for me! Sadly, they were out of glazed and blueberry glazed, but I'm not picky, so I subbed them for sugar dusted and Boston creme. This location is close to where I live, so I stop by here whenever I want to grab donuts for my coworkers before work. However, next time, I will definitely walk in to order. No more mobile ordering for me since there's no guarantee the order will arrive before you do, and that the donut flavors you want are in stock. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I got in line when there were 5 cars ahead of me. It took 40 minutes for me to get to the ordering box. (The way the drive through is set up, you can't get out of line once you're in it). I was informed they were completely out of donuts (?). I waited another ten minutes to get to the window to pay, and then another 10 minutes for my food after I paid. Throughout this entire HOUR debacle, there wasn't a single acknowledgement or apology. I've been here several times through the drive-through. It's your basic Dunkin with good coffee and OK donuts. The staff is hit or miss. But they do keep the drive-through line going pretty smoothly at least in the morning. If you need a coffee and donut fix this would be your place to go to in the Northland. read more

When I was rang up, they charged me for a large drink even though I had asked for a medium. Since the employee was new, it wasn't a big deal but I ended up throwing half of the drink away later. Another employee apologized and offered to fix it but I said it was fine since there was a long line behind me. I wasn't mad about that mistake at all but it got worse. I also ordered hash browns with my drink and didn't receive them when the drink was ready. My friend and I asked another employee for the hash browns and she pointed to a bag she had "just set out". My friend and I knew that there was a food bag sitting there when we walked inside the restaurant. I was skeptical that it was the same bag but figured they wouldn't lie to me. I took one bite of one of the hash browns and instantly spat it out, it was cold and chewy like it had been sitting there for at least thirty minutes. We told another employee what she did and the lady still insisted that she had "just put it out". I know for a fact that she was lying, they wouldn't have went cold that fast and as a person that works at a coffee shop, I know that you're supposed to call out food and drinks when you set them on the bar. When this location opened up we were so excited to finally have one close to us. When they first opened they were very disorganized and were out of donuts quite a bit. And by out of donuts I mean they had zero donuts of any kind. We went there 4 times, at various times of day/days of the week, before we were ever able to even get a single type of donut. We chalked it up to local excitement over the new location. However as time has gone by, they continue to be disorganized and frequently out of the majority of donut types at any given time. While they are friendly, they are completely disorganized. The last time I stopped in they only had a short list of donuts available, and when I asked if they were making more the response was "Not right now, we don't have anyone who can make donuts. I don't know when we will get more made." This was at 12:30pm, with hours and hours left until closing. Why would no one working in the middle of the day be trained to make donuts? We decided to just get 6 of the ones they had in stock, and they had to check the back twice to tell us what our choices were. We ordered 2 maple long johns, 2 Boston creams, a chocolate glazed, and a chocolate frosted. After making our choices the salesperson looked at us and said that she couldn't remember all of those, pulled some paper off of the register receipt roll, and said she would need to write it down. Ok...so we told her again. She said she would go frost some. Hmmm. What we ended up getting was two long johns frosted with peanut butter, 2 Boston creams, a double chocolate, and a plain cake donut with chocolate frosting. Yes, 2 out of 6 donuts correct, which we didn't realize until we got home. Yikes! I will also add that the donuts at this location don't ever seem to be quite right. The frosting is thick and messy, and gets all over the other donuts in the box. We have been to other DD's, so we are familiar with their products. We thought that it would get better after they got a little bit of experience, but it has not. If they cannot get their act together, they won't survive. I hope they improve. read more
