Pink rose with hydranga, light green wrapping on the outside--I could tell the florist put a lot of care and attention to it. Ordering process was simple at the store. It's tucked away in the corner of Centreville Square Plaza near Paris Baguette. You tell them what kind of colors you want for the bouquet and when to have it ready by. The staff was friendly and made recommendations for me. A bouquet starts at $50, which is a pretty competitive price. Also, worth it given how beautiful it turned out. The owner spends more time trying to remove a negative realistic comment than provide the service and appropriate product as advertised. My boyfriend has been going there for months. All the effort and time spent to support a local small business and to be a sweet thoughtful partner. Not only the roses full of defects, they came a day and a half late. They probably wouldn't have been delivered if he didn't reach out to ask what happened! Another google review from last year also had the same problem. Over a $100 for a dozen roses and this florist was unable to properly provide. I'm sure someone was capable of providing an amazing arrangement and deliver the flowers on the right day, however that isn't guaranteed and that was NOT what happened. Not only did they completely mess up the delivery, they have done NOTHING to fix the issue. There has been no refund. Possible promise of sending new flowers in two weeks but to remove the review or else she will call me!?!? DAILY TEXT HARASSMENTS!?!? They are harassing us with texts to remove a realistic negative experience. Why don't you spend that time making sure what product or service paid for is actually completed? I am being generous with 3 stars. The space is small inside, which I don't mind at all... but it was made smaller by dirty tables, unfinished arrangements, and stacks of boxes next to the counter. Yes, I went in on Mother's Day and I'm sure they were busy all morning, but it didn't make for a pleasant first impression. The lady that came out to ask me what I wanted also didn't make a positive impression because she looked so unhappy. I felt bad just by talking to her and making her help me! Since there wasn't anything I liked in the wall cooler, I asked for a separate bouquet arrangement to be made on the spot. I gave her some flower specifications and then stood there awkwardly while none of the other staff members gave any indication that I existed. When my bouquet was done, I thought it was pretty and loved the bright colors. It wasn't until I left that I found bug eaten leaves and flower petals throughout the bouquet :( Trying to pay was also awkward because apparently only the owner can do credit card payments, and I had to wait until he was finished talking to another customer on the phone. I think they didn't realize that I could understand Korean.. when he hung up, it sounded like he was making fun of the customer that he had just spoken to. I decided on 3 stars instead of 2 since I went in on one of the busiest days of the year. Table flowers are so pretty that most of my guests wants to take the flowers after reception is over and all my wedding pictures came out so wonderful with perfect flowers. I did not even gave them specific flower names because i was running out of time to prepare other wedding stuff. RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT AN IOTA OF CREATIVITY IN FLORAL ARRANGEMENT!! Told my sister in Honolulu to order from local florist to support small business. She did and I am now very sorry she chose Centreville Square Florist. She paid for a Deluxe arrangement; a Regular arrangement was delivered. I went personally to the shop and talked with a man regarding the situation. He explained that the person who put the arrangement together followed exactly the number and type of flowers, etc. that were called for in the arrangement. In the middle of our conversation, his phone rings, he turns away from me as I am talking, and answers the phone AT LENGTH. At that point, he completely ignores me . . . so I leave. I called him later when I got home and told him how rude he was. Also, if the floral arranger had the photo of a DELUXE arrangement in front of him as he was putting the bouquet together and noticed that the final product did not look at all like it (even with the appropriate number and variety of foliage), he should be creative enough to rearrange the bouquet so that it will present more closely with the photo (as advertised on the web) without having to add any more foliage than required. I order a lot of flowers for relatives near and far and vice versa. I very seldom write negative reviews as I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I ordered an arrangement and a Get Well balloon for $7.00 to go with it. The arrangement was delivered really late the next afternoon. Another arrangement arrived at the same time from this florist. When I asked the recipient if there was a balloon with the flowers(which were beautiful), she said NO but the other arrangement had a balloon. When I called to question this, I was told my arrangement had nowhere to attach a balloon so he put it on the other arrangement. I told him this was unacceptable because the recipient would have no idea who gave her the overpriced balloon. The response from the owner was, "I'm sorry" and he would call the recipient and tell her. I told him I wanted my $7.00 back, and again he said he was sorry but she did get the balloon. SEE PICTURE. I purchased the premium version of this arrangement for same day delivery as a 'get well' gesture to my husband's mother, who recently underwent surgery. As she's received many beautiful arrangements, clearly I wanted to make a statement of affection on behalf of our family. I chose this arrangement for the colors, particularly as orange and red are favored colors of hers, and for the unique artistry of the arrangement in which the flowers appear to rest on a bed of delicate green blossoms- which is not your typical 'tall vase of roses or lilies.' What she received for $65.00 looks like the scraps off the shop floor-from the dreary, dead-looking dark brown daisies to the screaming yellow blossoms (which just make the brown ones look more like they're old, dying flowers), to the very absent bed of delicate green blossoms (rather just shoved in intermittently). The colors don't flow nicely, the arrangement of the flowers is sloppy at best. I'd get a better arrangement at the grocery store. This is ugly, cheap looking, and very embarrassing to have sent to someone I'm trying very hard to show favor to. Thank you for ruining a rare moment I had to demonstrate that I paid attention to what she likes and invested a significant amount of thought and money on this purchase as opposed to $15 at Sam's club. HORRIBLE experience! I walked in to order my mom a corsage for Mothers Day and was greeted by an extremely RUDE man who was frustrated by me asking to see some options to choose from. I asked for a pink flower and he said my only option was Rose (hard to believe at a florist shop) but i went with it and asked what i might add on the sides and he got MAD at me and said the only thing they could do was baby's breath. I received a beautiful Christmas arrangement ordered for me by my niece. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and the arrangement was gorgeous. I received the arrangement 3 days before Christmas. Today is Jan 4 - I have pulled out the roses that have died and still have a lovely arrangement 13 days later. I just remember to add fresh water as cut flowers "drink" a lot.
