They replaced the carpet in two bedrooms and closets in one day. The photo showing the hardwood was previously carpet and we preferred hardwood against the back door entry. Patrick did a beautiful job. We were going to do LVP in the hallway upstairs but Patrick recommended we try Mohawk laminate. It was a GREAT choice. It's completely waterproof and slip free and really looks like real wood. All work was done at a very reasonable cost. Patrick is very responsive and did a wonderful job.

After 2 months of trying to get a straight answer and resolution from the original contractor, I decided to look elsewhere. I found J & C Flooring on Yelp, a local family-owned business. The experience with J&C was quite the opposite: excellent communication, fast response for quote, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable, and the floor was repaired quickly and correctly. Was given a quote after numerous times asking for it. When trying to arrange to have other items repaired in home and schedule installation, they just vanished. This is very unprofessional behavior, especially since I have a year's warranty on my flooring. And if something happens to my flooring within that one year timeframe, who do I contact if they are not communicating with their customers? Very poor communication! Very unprofessional behavior.

I hired this company in the beginning of August and paid…read morethem in full , they didn't order enough carpet , they agreed in contract to come back and finish . After that they blocked us from contacting them and never heard anything else from them . They also caused damage to my home. They put holes in my walls and tore paint off of most of our trim. My husband and I had to end up taking them to court which they didn't show up for and now we are still waiting for justice . Please do not hire these guys we had a really horrible experience .

My home has accent drips on the wall which requires cutting out before molding, As I was told by Jennifer her team was not experts in this and didn't feel comfortable letting them do it. I expected floor installers to be equipped to handle all scenarios. I was told the job would be completed in one day, the installers arrived late about 2 1/2 hours, when I inquired on arrival time I was told yes it still could be completed same day as she would send additional men, only two arrived, one of who seemed to be there to assist. There had been some back and forth through the day of yes it could be completed but the floor layers saying it couldn't. Very frustrating. The broken pipe which occurred during the toilet removal didn't help my frustration level. To be fair I'm sure it was an old pipe the house is 20 years old. Maybe I'm just a stickler when it comes to being on time but the team was a 1/2 hour late the following day too. Two days later the floor was laid but I still had to hire someone else to complete the Moldings. The team was pleasant. Found it disturbing the company's response to my review on thumbtack indicating the type of flooring caused a delay when they were fully aware of my choice in flooring prior to Time quote. Their thought that all was communicated well when I was basically lied to about how many people they were sending to finish the job even more disturbing. They also indicated I was told a toilet would need to be replaced which is true but it was a pipe big difference.
