We had a mango smoothie and the flavor was very off. The flavor was similar to a mango seeds being shaved down to their bare selves and steeped in water. So I asked the cashier if we could have something else. She said "I would only be able to make you a new drink that you have to pay for...." This was very irritating. I stood there mind boggles because we had just paid, almost $15 for a drink we didn't like and they refused to make it right. Then, she offered to "add a banana or pineapple," which I'm sure would have had to been paid for by us. We asked our teenager to try it, and he also didn't like it, so We ended up trashing it. They have a "REFUND Policy" posted at the cashiers area, so I'm sure this is a frequent occurrence. Unfortunately, that did not try to make it right for us, as stated in their policy. Needless to say, I won't be returning, nor will I recommend this place. Don't waste your money, instead find the Naked Cowboy (a famous street performer) and give your money to him, this way there will be no disappointment.
