Spoleto where have you been all my life. The amount of times I've craved a baked ziti with no idea where to go, this place has truly changed everything for me. To start off I feel like most Italian restaurants typically are reservation based, dimly lit, date night locations. Sometimes I just want Italian food made quick and easy, something I can grab and go, and Spoleto is that place. It's located in the Downtown Winter Garden area, a beautiful little location with small boutiques and plenty of other eateries. I went on a weekend so parking was a little hard to find but thankfully the area does have a parking garage if you're not able to find anything on the street. The menu has all your typical Italian dish favorites from chicken parm, ravioli, chicken alfredo, etc. I opted for the baked ziti which was absolutely delicious and a side of garlic breadsticks. In total I paid a little over 20 bucks which wasn't too bad considering I think the portion was perfect for one. I was very full after. You can also build your own pasta or pizza if you're looking to switch up from any of the staples they currently have on the menu. Genuinely such a good place to come to grab a quick dinner with friends or family, the staff is very accommodating and nice! Spoleto is back in the area! We went to the location in downtown Winter Garden for dinner during the week. Some changes to what I remember from before is that now you need to choose your toppings and mixins when you order. Previously, you chose as they were building your dish. The inside is clean and bright although a little sparse. There are a couple of digital kiosks to order from or you can got to the counter and order from a server. I thought the pricing and offerings for the Build Your Own Pasta, Pizza and Salads is very reasonable at $13.99 for up to six toppings, with extra costs if you want meats or burrata, or specialty pastas like gnocchi or ravioli. There are also other pizzas, pastas, and salads with set ingredients on the menu as well as a few sandwiches to choose from. I ordered the BYO pasta with cavatoppi, a pink sauce (you can ask for marinara and Alfredo mixed), and then added olives, mozzarella, baby spinach and tomatoes. I also ordered a Nutella Mousse for dessert. My friends ordered a BYO pizza and my other friend ordered one of the sandwiches. The sandwiches come with a side salad. The food was delivered to our table, and since we were eating in were on nice plates and bowls. Mine was great and was so tasty. My friends both got half of theirs to go since the portions are big. My friends both got who got the pizza said it tasted like you would get at a Blaze Pizza. I brought my mousse home to eat later. When I did eat it, I thought it was a nice touch that they had added a fresh strawberry to it. However, while it was very delicious, it was also a very consistency. I pretty much drank it because you really couldn't use a spoon. I don't know if this particular one just didn't set or if that is how they are supposed to be. read more

It was day 2 of their opening and we had been to all the Central Florida locations prior to their shutting down. They have iPad there to order now instead of seeing the ingredients to order. After we ordered we were told that you could still go up to the counter to order. The staff was all very friendly and the food is as good as it was before. We are so happy to have a location close to our house that we can go for a quick well cooked meal made to your preference. The decor inside is basic and there is a few tables. They were pretty busy when we were there, but we were able to get a table pretty easily. Great place for quick good food with great service! read more

Food was great made to order exactly the way we wanted each of us choosing our own pasta and our own adds and sauce. Place was cute although limited seating inside and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was absolute delicious. Portions are very adequate and prices are reasonable. Good place to stop. That's not super expensive yet delivers good food and service. read more

Cool concept! Spoleto is a yummy quick service pasta and pizza joint where you order via tablet and everything is made to order. They have a great kids eat free option during the week, so we'll definitely be back to try that! read more

My husband and I had a tasty lunch at Spoleto. They were popular, but not too busy, and did a great job of preparing the entrees quickly and getting them right out to the guests. We have been twice now and each item we tried was fresh and delicious. Our 8 year old loves the pizza with ricotta and the pasta dishes are a hit with my wife. I've also had the chicken pesto sandwich and I would easily find myself ordering that again. The ordering is easy at the kiosk when you enter the restaurant but a team member is never far away and are ready to help. We take half of our meals home for later and splurge on dessert. The tiramisu is among the best I've had and my wife got the Nutella pizza on this last visit and the three of us finished the whole thing... it was so good. It's nice to stroll around historic downtown Winter Garden after the meal. The swings in the main square are just a minute outside their front door. read more

Wow, the food was absolutely disgusting. I was in so much shock. You could literally taste the old pasta water that the pasta was cooked in, the sauce had no flavor, you can tell that the chicken or what they market as chicken was premade not fresh disgusting smelling, and they marketed a water bottle as if it had their logo on it, but it was just a nasty Zephyrhills bottle never again. Great new spot in downtown Winter Garden! The menu has a good variety and is highly customizable so you can get exactly what you want! This was my second visit and once again was by far the best meal I've had in a very long time. I ordered the four cheese ravioli lasagna and it was incredible. Portion was huge so I had leftovers too. The service was amazing - they even remembered my name from the first time I visited! Nine of us went for lunch with one getting a sandwich, two spaghetti dishes and six pizzas. I had to wait an hour for the sandwich, one of the pizzas arrived after my sandwich and she had ordered well before me and at least three of the pizzas were over cooked. One of the people who ordered an Italian dish claimed it was bland. The staff was not able to keep up with the lunch crowd and we were told there was no manager on-site for complaints about the over cooked food. The location is great, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired as it is like a high school cafeteria (my husband says) and the noise level was so high it was difficult to hear the person sitting next to you. Staff needs more seasoning or maybe more staff, but it looked like the five there should have been able to keep up. Saw people waiting for takeout for more than twenty minutes and still waiting when we left. I do not have high hopes of this restaurant making it. I think people are trying it, but I do not think most will return. I know I will not. read more

We order 5 dishes and picked it up to go. It was ready quick and was hot. As we began eating we unfortunately found plastic in 2 of our dishes. I tried calling but the phone number on site went to someone named Laura's voicemail 2x, who as it turns out ended up being the manager. I had forgot the pieces of plastic back in my car which was a bit of a way away because of lack of parking. So I tied to explain to Laura the manager what had happened. She insisted it was the rind of the cheese used on our plates and insisted there is no plastic in the kitchen. We worked out a resolution. I went back to my car and when I got there I saw the plastic pieces that I had forgotten. I looked again at them and it was absolutely two pieces of plastic. I decided to walk back thinking that they would want to know the source. Laura looked at the objects and said "that's plastic". Moments later she says oh I know what that's from " it's the peel of the garlic. I said you just said to your peer that it was plastic and she denied it. At this point I requested a full refund because she was in denial. Bottom line it was plastic and Laura handled it poorly. read more
