I also needed the width of the gate widened because originally they made the opening too narrow, so they were able to widen the opening before the rest of the fence was installed. I appreciate them checking with me halfway through the project. A few weeks ago one of the posts was failing I put in a warranty claim. They came out quickly and replaced it. They built a 6 foot high privacy fence around my entire yard exactly on schedule, completed in three months time, after a different contractor backed out. Only reason they don't get five stars is disorganization with their quotes. I had someone come out and measure up the property but never heard back from them, only ended up going with Secoma after another contractor (fortunately, it would turn out) backed out, so I gave Secoma a call to see what happened with that quote and they finally sent it over, turned out to be the lowest quote relative to material selection.
