I went here because I've tried a few places in Jacksonville and this one is actually closest to my place. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing!!! Not only did I walk out of there feeling so much better because of the amazing massaging that I got but my feet and toes look amazing! This salon used to be really good about a month ago, there was a lady did my nails for about a month and it was great, but these past two visits have been bad for me. Everyone there is super nice and they're great people. The first time I went and I didn't get my regular lady (whose name I won't say), the person I did get made my nails way to wide and they only lasted me a week and a half before one popped off whereas when my other lady did my nails nothing would come off and sometimes I could make it last for two and a half weeks. Just today I got my nails done again by the same woman that did them last, and my nail isn't even fully covered in the acrylic. I'll post pictures, won't be coming back here again. Again, everyone there is so sweet but the only reason I went was for one person and I'm pretty sure she doesn't work there anymore read more

This is the best Nail Salon. My regular tech. Left to go work at another salon. I did not want to leave this salon because it has such a great rating. Plus, the other salon was more expensive. I used to go to a nail salon in the Fresh Market shopping center. After many visits the salon manager got a little Fresh with me and I felt my business was not appreciated. I've had pedicures done hundreds of times at dozens of different nail salon and I must say, this was the best experience I've had. My nail tech, Loan, was very meticulous and took her time. Their basic pedicure ($25) felt like a deluxe pedicure at other salons. After running 20 miles the day before, Loan's strong massage was exactly what my legs needed... and their massage spa chair was awesome too! I'd definitely be back. read more

I recently moved to the area and have been searching for my go to nail salon. After trying two other nail salons, I found my go-to. Everyone here is so friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted (which is surprisingly rare at many places). The place is clean, without even a track of dust. Kevin did my acrylics and he was so friendly. My nails turned out perfect! Quality work at a price that isn't ridiculous. ($25 for acrylics, $38 if you want them done with gel polish). I will definitely be returning every two weeks. read more

Came for the first time today. Very clean. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs which is nice. It smells nice in here too. They diffuse essential oils which really counters the toxic smells. Everyone is very kind and they offer beverages. I got a pedicure only. Almost everything about the pedicure was Perfect. I felt like she didn't do a great job with cuticle corners. I would normally give less stars because I feel like that's the most important part, but everything else exceeded expectations. I would definitely come back. Pedicures are so touchy. I can't blame the entire salon for one persons style. Maybe someone else would be better? This place is so clean and people are so friendly that I would be willing to come back and try again. I do recommend. read more

Fresh nails is just that: a fresh take on a nail salon. The techs were very friendly and accommodating. I showed up at 40 mins to closing and they took me in and I didn't feel rushed at all. They made sure to ask me if it was ok to do things that they were doing, i.e. Asking me to tell them if they were hurting my nail, asking me if it was ok to do my mani at the same time as my pedi, triple checking the color of my polish! I felt welcomed and I even almost feel asleep in the chair with how relaxed i was! I definitely have found my salon! I recommend anyone going here! read more

I've been coming here for over two years. It was a friendly place at one time. The atmosphere is different, so quiet and all they have on the TV's is news. While I enjoy the news, I like to leave it at home. Now, the person who did my nails is no longer there. I've tried three other people and I always make appointments. They do not keep their appointments now, they say....we'll be right with you, but 20 minutes later, I was finally seated. My time is very valuable to me. The last person stopped what she was doing in the middle of my pedicure to take care of the group of people coming in so that they could be seated inside the salon. It took an hour and a half for my pedicure because she kept on stopping. At one point, I wondered where she had gone. I will never return. read more

Honestly, the worst nail salon I've ever been too. Although I was quickly greeted when I walked it, when I asked for a "full set with gel polish" the lady had absolutely no idea what I meant and kept saying "full set or gel polish" it took 2 other people to figure out what I meant. The lady who ended up doing my nails had JUST finished another's ladies nails, literally 5 seconds before I sat down. Not once did she clean her work area or her hands after she finished the other ladies nails. There was pink nail dust all over the counter and her hands!!! Which then got on me. And the icing on the cake was when the lady accidentally cut me with the electric nail grinder thing and I started bleeding and she let out a sigh like I was inconveniencing her, like she wasn't the one to cut me!! Anyways, my nails came out rounded when I asked for coffin shaped and the acrylic is sooo thick! It was not filed down well at all. Will not be back. read more
