The park they built across the street is beautiful and equipped with a skate park, basketball court, playground and swings. I see why so many of the locals hang out here. I have found great items from food to cosmetics to pet goodies. I was grateful to find they have many options even though they are on the smaller side. When it is cold I often come for the warm and ready gumbo and tortilla soup. Their low carb ready to go meals have made my life so much easier during the busy week. They even have sourdough fresh made in the bakery. I usually end up here over most other stores for my main groceries due to the always pleasant experience. It does tend to get pretty crowded and parking can be tricky. So I often come during early hours during the week.

The store has some really cool toy decor as well as other decorations throughout and all kinds of stuff you can buy. I noticed a variety of preserves, mustards, salsas, peanut butters, exotic meats as well as other things. My husband and I decided to buy some preserves. Checking out was quick and easy. I got there and Greg (manager) professionally checked my vehicle in and Kory (?spelling) the technician replaced both of my diesel batteries in less than 15 minutes. Me and another customer were looking at the peaches, making sure none were rotten or really green, for the price we were going to pay. Big Tera yells out "ma'am what ever you see on the top is what is on the bottom." I told Big Tera that we just wanted to make sure none were rotting on the bottom and she yelled out "well I have my dad on my ass so they are all the same" that was enough to make me stop and walk out without peaches. She and her dad can shove those peaches up there you know what! SO rude and too much attitude!! When peach stands are all over the place in Fredericksburg, I don't need the hassle.
