I'm amazed this place has 5 stars, because the service I've received is quite opposite. We put in an order over a week ago for two prints, my boyfriend had to call about 4 times to have them process the order, start the order etc... He called Monday (a week after we put in the order) to ask when the TWO prints would be ready. We were told end of day Wednesday/Thursday. He went by this Thursday afternoon, and they still weren't ready! He then had to wait 20+ minutes until they were. To make matters worse, one of the prints was cut incorrectly making it wrinkle when we put it in the frame. We will not be back. read more

Fast and friendly! I emailed my image at 2pm to get blown up and printed on a canvas and it was done by 5pm. I was told everywhere I went that my image quality was low, and Fresh Prints Design were the only ones who enhanced the image themselves and made it come out better then I expected! What a terrible business. It took about 15 edits to get the shirts to match my design, with a million color edits and such. it took about 2 weeks to get the design in. Then, when the shirts finally come, they are completely wrong--wrong color, and misprinted. I sent them back and it took another month for them to send the edits. Then, when they sent it out, it went to the wrong address. I mean I could not catch a freaking break. This operation was disorganized and all over the place, and it caused me so much effort and exertion to get them done that I didn't even want them when they finally arrived. I am an Editor for Conde Nast Traveler magazine. I had to fly home unexpectedly after learning that my stepfather had passed suddenly away. I wanted to do everything I could to help my mom through the process of grieving. I was put in charge of making postcards that featured my stepdad's image, front and center. I found Fresh Prints Design on yelp, and contacted them about producing 425 postcard sized images of my stepdad. They had, essentially, three days to make it happen, and make it happen they did. They were able to redesign the image, touch it up, and add a new background. They also came in on a Monday, a holiday, so that I could pick up the images a day early. Not only that, they waived the graphic design fee, AND the rush fee. In all my years in publishing, I've never known a more compassionate, efficient company. In a bind, I needed a canvas done with a fast turn around, but also quality work. Auctioning off a piece of my work I needed quality. Rachel and Melvin are amazing!! I looked all over Long Beach to find a print shop that would be able to print up some flyers same day since I was working a tradeshow the following day, and it was already pretty late. They were the only ones willing to work with me while everyone else said they wouldn't be ready until the next say since it was already 4. I came in and didn't realize the image I was given to print was terrible. They printed out samples and found that the file was not good quality. They didn't charge me for the samples and were the cheapest out of all the other print shops around. I'm so sad it didn't work out but the service I got was awesome.
